The aftereffects of last night¡¯s passionate kiss slowly started to set in. My heart was beating uncontrollably, and my breath was also in a mess.  But the madness last night was covered up by night, but now it was broad daylight.

"Get out of the way!" Feng Shizhen said in a low voice with a calm face.

Rong Jiashang sat up calmly and straightened the collar of his suit coat.

"This road is really bumpy, sir, please sit tight"

Before he could finish saying the word "stable", the tire of the car hit a stone and he jumped suddenly.  Feng Shizhen took a breath and fell towards Rong Jiashang, accurately falling into Rong Jiashang's open arms.

Rong Jia put his arms together, hugged her tightly, and shouted to the front: "Drive slower!"

"I'm sorry, young master." The driver saw Rong Jiashang's beauty in the rearview mirror and apologized with a teasing smile.

How can you not recognize Feng Shizhen¡¯s keen temperament?  She immediately pushed Rong Jiashang angrily, trying to struggle out of his arms.

Rong Jiashang hugged her and said seriously: "Sitting together like this, the center of gravity is much more stable, and it is less likely to fall. Hasn't sir, studied physics?"

Feng Shizhen said angrily: "If you want to avoid falling and getting hurt, wouldn't it be much better to get out of the car and walk? Let go!"

Rong Jiashang let go of his hand angrily.

The driver quickly stepped on the accelerator, the wheels ran over a large puddle, and the car body jolted violently again.  Before Feng Shizhen could sit up, he fell back into Rong Jiashang's arms.

"Look!" Rong Jiashang confidently hugged her tightly, pressed his lips against her cold ear, and whispered, "It's not that I don't want to let go."

Feng Shizhen¡¯s face was red all the way to his ears, and even the small section of his originally white neck exposed under the scarf was stained with crimson.  There was a bodyguard sitting in front of her, so she didn't dare to struggle vigorously.  But Rong Jiashang was not afraid that she would get into trouble with him, and instead adjusted his position and hugged her tighter.

"Stop moving." Rong Jiashang's voice was low and hoarse, "I'm just going to hug you. There won't be many opportunities in the future."

Feng Shizhen seemed to have missed a step, and his heart skipped a beat.  Before she even realized it, her body had already surrendered.

The car drove unsteadily on the empty wilderness trail, the clouds were low overhead, and the harvested rice lay in the fields.  Feng Shizhen nestled against Rong Jiashang's warm chest and looked at the scenery of the midwinter countryside with him.  Their fingers clasped together unconsciously, but neither of them spoke.

After a long time, the car stopped in front of an earth temple.

The sky just happened to clear up, and the thin sunlight fell from behind the clouds, shining on the dusty bricks and mottled walls of the temple.  The incense in the small temple was obviously not very prosperous, and the front door was very deserted.  There was a young novice sweeping the floor in the courtyard. When he saw the donor, he bowed and saluted.  There was an old host inside who welcomed him out.

Feng Shizhen comes here once a year. The host recognizes her and invites her in after greetings.

The side hall is filled with rows of memorial tablets.  Feng Shizhen skillfully found the memorial tablet of his biological mother, lit the incense candle, then took out the handkerchief and carefully wiped the dust on the tablet.

Rong Jiashang stood aside quietly, watching Feng Shizhen's every move.  The tablet was very simple, with the words "The Divine Master of the Jiebai Sect" written on it.

Feng Shizhen squatted down, offered a fruit plate and lit incense candles.

Rong Jiashang originally thought that Feng Shizhen was here to pay homage to the ancestors of the Feng family.  But Feng Shizhen obviously only came to pay homage to the Bai clan.  He stood aside and watched for a long time, and couldn't help but ask: "Shizhen, who is this senior to you?"

Feng Shizhen was a little surprised that he would ask this question and said, "She is my biological mother."

Rong Jiashang never expected such an answer. He was stunned for a while before continuing to ask: "Is it your mother? Then the one in your family"

"They are my adoptive parents." Feng Shizhen also looked surprised, "I thought Yang Xiucheng had checked my background clearly, but it turns out you didn't know that I was an orphan adopted by the Feng family."

"What?" Rong Jiashang couldn't help shouting, and then remembered that he was in front of the tomb. He hurriedly bowed to the tombstone and lowered his voice and said, "This is not written in your information. Are you not a biological child of the Feng family?"

"No." Feng Shizhen lowered his head to light the incense again and whispered, "When I was a child, my mother took me and my brother to visit relatives. We met a robber on the way. My mother was killed and my brother was lost. The Feng family rescued  He took me in, raised me up, and treated me as his own. In my heart, the Feng family and his wife are my biological parents, and the eldest brother is my biological eldest brother!"

No matter how much you kiss, it will still be through your belly!

The Feng couple are okay.  Feng Shizhen knew his life experience, and Feng Shixun must also know that his sister was adopted.  ?Why don't you stand here and don't move.  Which one do you like, I'll pick it for you.  "

"Forget it," Feng Shizhen said, "If you take them all the way back, they won't look the same. Just leave them on the branches. Only then will they bloom beautifully."

Rong Jiashang smiled and put his hand back into his pocket.

The two stood side by side, with trembling wintersweet branches on one side, and the hilly plains of Jiangnan with a wide view on the other.  The wind is like a naughty hand, pushing the clouds in the sky back and forth, causing the earth to flicker.

The wind blows from this open field, passing through the treetops and branches, blowing over the two bodies side by side, and then flying into the vast distance under the blue sky.

Feng Shizhen suddenly said: "When I was in college, I read a geology book that said that the place where we stand was a vast ocean hundreds of millions of years ago. I don't know what will happen here again in hundreds of millions of years.  What will it become?"

"Maybe it has turned into the sea again." Rong Jiashang said, "Maybe in the future people will live on high mountains, surrounded by water, and every time they go out to visit relatives, they will have to row a boat."

Feng Shizhen was amused by him and laughed, and added: "There is also a book about archeology, which records many submerged cities in underwater lakes. Those cities were once very prosperous, but unfortunately everything was washed away when the flood came.  ."

"Really?" Rong Jiashang looked sideways at Feng Shizhen, with a playful smile on his lips, "If one day it is Shanghai's turn to be flooded, I will row a boat and take you to escape. I don't know if you will still be alive at that time.  Are you willing to come with me?"

Feng Shizhen smiled sadly, "Since everything is flooded, where can we go?"

"Escape to the ends of the earth!" Rong Jiashang smiled energetically, his eyebrows stretched out, his eyes were as bright as cold stars, and his whole handsome face was shining.  Feng Shizhen's heart was stabbed hard by the light. The pain made her breath surge, but she couldn't move her eyes away for even a moment.  #####(Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
