    I asked the chef, plate arranger and servant to come over and see how they plated, decorated and served these two simple home-cooked dishes.

    The pork belly in the big pot has been stewed. I used five woks to cook it. Each pot weighed about three kilograms. I used medium heat for all of them. I simmered it for more than half an hour, and then turned it to high heat to reduce the juice.

    The first one uses red pepper, red fermented bean curd and rock sugar, the second one uses pickled pickled vegetables and chopped garlic, the third one uses brown sugar, ginger slices and shelled eggs, and the fourth one uses minced green onions, golden gourd beans and a lot of sugar.  oil, small pieces of chestnuts and potatoes for the fifth.

    Carefully fry the fat chicken bone pieces in oil until thoroughly fried. Use a stainless steel grate to scoop them out. Then use oil to fry the onions and garlic in a wok until fragrant.
