    Some people say that Chinese culture is sauce jar culture.  For this, I beg to differ.  If we only use the word "sauce jar" to summarize Chinese culture, it seems biased.  Chinese culture can survive for more than a thousand years, and it should have its own brilliance. I don't need to repeat it here.

    ?To this day, Chinese culture, after being tortured many times, is hanging by a thread, and its spirit is like a gossamer.  Even so, I am not pessimistic or disappointed.  In the long river of history, today is not the first time that cultural energy has been weakened, and I guess it will probably not be the last time.  Although Chinese culture has experienced many ups and downs and suffered many hardships, its revival did not happen only once, as evidenced by history.

    Dynasties rise and fall, and history changes. No matter which dynasty is in power or who is in power, if they cannot follow the laws of historical development, they will all perish. This is a historical lesson.  In fact, all the ruling classes and those in power are floating dust in the long river of history, and will eventually be disillusioned.

    Different dynasties and various people in power in Chinese history have been wiped out in the long river of time, but Chinese culture is still alive and growing, spreading all over the world and nourishing the common people.

    Based on my continuous understanding of Chinese culture, I am always cautiously optimistic about the future of this nation.  Although I am optimistic, I am not blind and always cautious.

    We have an excellent culture, but this excellent culture is often not correctly recognized and not practiced.  Because of the lack of excellent cultural inheritance, we still have many chronic diseases and many bad habits.

    Regarding the situation in China, it may be like this: the truly excellent Chinese culture is not a sauce-pot culture, but due to various factors, the Chinese have too many sauce-pot-like habits, which are not necessarily the characteristics of an excellent Chinese culture.  sin.

    Regarding the evaluation of historical figures, many times, we adopt the sauce-pot method because of the sauce-pot style.  For example, when it comes to the so-called "final conclusions" about historical figures, people usually say "three to seven", "four to six".  Based on this, the so-called "three merits and seven demerits" are "bad guys", and the so-called "four demerits and six demerits" are considered "good guys".

    This reminds me of the days when "centre parting" hairstyles were popular.  At that time, if a boy went to a barber shop for a haircut, the barber would usually ask:

    Sir, "three to seven points"?  Or "four or six points"?  Or "middle score"?

    In fact, there was another name for the "middle score" in the countryside, that is, "five-five points" at that time-traitor head.

    Having said that, I would like to ask, what would those historical figures who are "three to seven" and "four to six" think when they see the division of popular hairstyles?  Is it true that those "50-50" historical figures can be classified as "traitors"?

    The prestige of the Chinese Empire is too strong, too prosperous, and too heavy, affecting thousands of years and lingering.  Even today, those so-called "intellectuals" who label themselves are still slavishly flattering power, officials, money, and vulgarity.  Even people who should have "strength of character" are humiliating and self-destructing.  Therefore, ordinary people should not be judged too harshly.

    After the downfall of the truly upright "scholar" class in China, and before the emergence of "intellectuals" as defined by Westerners, in today's Chinese society, those who stand at the forefront are almost all the dross and entourage under the imperial rule for thousands of years.  Scum, slaves and servants.  Under such circumstances, there are probably two tendencies in commenting on the merits and demerits of historical figures: one is ignorantly apotheosis, thinking that his/her farts can be chewed out;  Traditionally, "good guys" and "bad guys" are used to discuss right and wrong.  The ancients said that "it is useless to teach a fool", and I will not comment on those idols and gods here.  As for a pinch of mixed mud, it is a clear proof of the Chinese sauce jar custom, and extra care must be taken.  How many treacherous and evil people are hidden in it; how many big treacherous and evil people are covered by them, so that they cannot see their true colors.

From a historical perspective, comments on merit and demerit have very obvious characteristics of the times.  Therefore, I don't agree with the merits and demerits of sauce jar style.  In addition, the so-called standards of merit and demerit are different in each era because of the partiality of self-interest.  For those historical figures who have influenced multiple eras, their deeds are good or bad, and they need to be confirmed by a longer period of historical practice.  We are all finite lives, but history can continue to testify.  Therefore, you should draw conclusions slowly, and draw conclusions slowly.

    Take it easy on merits and demerits!

Good facts must be given pertinent praise; unforgivable evil deeds must be severely punished.  This is not to liquidate, but to inherit the "Spring and Autumn Brushwork", so that the later rulers and those in power will restrain themselves when they act outrageously and lawlessly.

    Regarding the assessment based on facts, we need to talk about it in detail.

    First, there must be the spirit and historical facts of "believing in history".  Anyone who establishes a dynasty can be regarded as ordinary, and there are many such people in history; any propaganda that is oriented by ideology and downplays right and wrong is bullshit;  Stories with the purpose of fooling the public are bullshit; all materials "processed" to deceive the public are evidence of a crime!

    Article 2: Events that are truly beneficial to the public can be rewarded and credited; for those who lose conscience, destroy humanity, and kill human life, those that should be clarified must be clarified, and those that should be investigated must be investigated.

    Taking Qin Huang as an example, he called himself the First Emperor, only for the rule of one family and one surname, and for the sake of the future generations.  The infamy of burning books and burying scholars will have to be memorized forever; according to modern standards, if Qin Shihuang is suspected of crimes against humanity, he must be investigated and convicted-even if the conviction is formal, it cannot be missing.

    Others, no matter who it is, as long as he enters the airspace of history and leaves a mark of history, he must accept the test of history.  On the balance of history, we cannot use sauce jar-like merits and demerits, nor can we use "37", "46" and muddy mud.

    Although the era has entered the 21st century, in this world, the ghost of the monarchy still hangs over the human beings, the illusory admiration of slavery is still there, and the ignorant superstition is still stubborn.  Many people miss the old times and some historical figures in the old days. In fact, what they really miss are their ancestors or the rich vested interests they had obtained in the old days.

    The real context of today's world is still treacherous and unpredictable, and there is a danger that the people will sink to the bottom of the saucepan, and the theory of merit and demerit may continue to harm people.

    If our wisdom is not enough to discern the truth of history, there are future generations; if the right and wrong actions of historical figures have not been clarified, there is no need to make a judgment of merit and demerit.

    Also talk about merits and demerits, don't listen to the blind.
