    ?

Seeing that Qing Yunfei was gradually attracted, Chu Lihua's speech became more expressive and cadenced.

¡ª¡ª"His knowledge is not systematic, and he can only accumulate experience little by little. Nevertheless, his paintings are still becoming more and more mature, and he has finally grown into an excellent bird painter.

More importantly, because of the habit of keeping a travel diary, he recorded in detail the places where the birds were found, their habits and living environment in each painting, all of which provided a very good research sample for later ornithologists.

But he also paid a huge price for this, because he was unable to take care of his own business because he concentrated on painting.  In 1820, he went bankrupt.  All he has left are a few hundred drawings of birds.

In the United States at that time, not many people cared about nature painting, and everyone only wanted to open up wasteland and make money.  So, Audubon left America and came to England.

In Britain, nobles and gentlemen still retain the traditional hobby of exploring nature.  The works that Audubon brought surprised them.  The birds on the screen are not only bright in color and exquisite in detail, but also are species they have never seen before.

Soon, Audubon became famous in the British natural history circle, and many people came here to appreciate his works and make friends with him.  Some publishers even offered to publish books of his paintings.

However, Audubon had a small goal in mind.  He felt that the hundreds of works in his hand were not enough. He wanted to draw all the birds that can be seen in the United States and publish an "Illustrated Book of Birds of America".

Moreover, he thought about it, all the birds in this book should be of actual size, so this book is as tall as half a person.

When printing, first use copperplate printing to print the lines of the birds and the surrounding environment, and then use watercolors to color them.

So, he began to use some of his works as samples, and ran around London, Paris and New York, the most prosperous cities in the Western world at that time, to sell his works to every rich man he could meet.  Idea, ask them to pre-order the book.

Many people were impressed by his ability and sincerity, and many wealthy people paid him a deposit for the book.  In this way, Audubon returned to the United States with a large sum of money and began to make this "Illustrated Book of Birds of America" ??with all his strength.

It took 12 full years before he completed the 400-page book.  Each page of the book is one meter high and 66 centimeters wide, with nearly 500 species and more than 1,000 birds drawn.  Many of these have not been formally recorded at all before.

Scottish naturalist williammacgillivray wrote a long illustration for this book.  Later, the illustrations were extracted as a separate book and published together with the "Illustrated Book of Birds of America". The price of the whole set was US$1,000 at that time, and less than 200 sets were sold.  About 120 sets have survived to this day.

Moreover, in that era, there were no cameras and telescopes were not very useful, so Audubon had no way to observe birds up close and carefully.  The only way to picture them is to shoot them.

After Audubon shot the bird, he carefully arranged the appearance of the bird, combed the feathers neatly, put them in a proper pose, and then sketched carefully against it until every feather was clearly drawn.

However, due to the lack of systematic knowledge of bird structure and classification, there are still some omissions and deficiencies in his works.  Nevertheless, what he left to future generations is still a rich legacy of bird drawings.

More importantly, many of the birds he carefully described are no longer visible to us today.  Although Audubon shot and killed birds in order to study birds, he was actually one of the first people in the United States to propose the concept of environmental protection.

I know that I may not be able to achieve that kind of achievement in my life, but I also want to work hard for my dream.  If you are willing to fulfill my whimsical idea, just feel wronged and walk with me, okay?  "

After Chu Lihua finished speaking, she looked at Qing Yunfei without blinking.

¡ª¡ª"Silly girl, I'm just worried that you will suffer with me. As long as you want, then I will accompany you. Even if the two of us only earn 3,000 a month, it's fine. After all, this is pure surplus."

Qing Yunfei suddenly feels sorry for Chu Lihua, she is not the kind of woman who relies on men, but always takes the responsibility on herself.

Thinking of her growing environment, Qing Yunfei felt even more useless.  After going back and forth, Qing Yunfei became depressed again.

¡ª¡ª"But, seeing how you don't mean what you say, I"

Chu Lihua felt Qing Yunfei's depression.

¡ª¡ª"I just feel that I can't share a little for you, and it's really not manly enough."¡ª¡ª

?But I just want a tall husband, and you are just right.  Besides, as for whether it's big or not, only I know, don't I?  "

After Chu Lihua finished speaking, she smiled slyly, and then suddenly realized that there seemed to be something wrong with her words. Suddenly, her face became hot.

Immediately afterwards, Qing Yunfei threw him on the bed.

After two more tours, the Chinese New Year is only three days away.

It is really inappropriate to go back to Qing Yunfei's house, because the air ticket is too expensive, and the two of them cost more than 5,000 each.

So, when Chu Lihua's mother called and asked if she would go home for the New Year, Chu Lihua said go back.

This is also Qing Yunfei's first year at Chu Lihua's house.

Now the efficiency of the factory is not good, and there are no more activities for the New Year. Chu Lihua doesn't know how to spend this year.

At that time, when I went to Qing Yunfei's house, there were places like movie theaters in the county; but in Huashan, during the Chinese New Year, I could only visit relatives.

Because of various reasons with relatives, my mother was never willing to leave relatives.  In addition, there are very few cars to go to the city during the Chinese New Year, and they are also very expensive. With my mother's personality, I am definitely not allowed to go out.

With this uneasy mood, Chu Lihua took Qing Yunfei home to celebrate the New Year.

I still bought two bottles of wine in the city and took them back. Although my mother would definitely say it, it was better than going back empty-handed.

When I got home, Chu Lifang was already at home and brought everything back.

The mother explained that it was because the boyfriend Chu Lifang was looking for was going to Beijing to develop, and the family was planning to buy a house there, so they were not planning to come back.  She couldn't bear to part with Chu Lifang, so she called her back so as not to run away with him again.

Qing Yunfei couldn't deny this, and felt that if it was such a good situation, how could he be reluctant, there must be another reason.

But Chu Lifang is still not popular with Chu Lihua, so Chu Lihua didn't want to know too much.  I just want to live this year in peace.

What she didn't expect was that this incident would bring another storm to her life in the future!  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
