    ?

The weather that day was no different from usual.

We who are working hard are also working hard as usual.

    There was a sudden restlessness.

    Several loud alarms sounded.

Mixed with shouts in disorder.  Men and women rushed to the factory gate.

    "What's wrong?"

"Oh, it looks like it's on fire"

    "Where is the fire?"

    "have no idea."

    "Then why did you run?"

"Others are running, why not me."

Someone was constantly thinking about it while running.

"Couldn't it be that the factory department held a fire drill today. Why didn't you receive the notice?"

I followed the crowd to what they thought was a safe zone.

All the way I was looking to see where the fire broke out.

The narrow factory entrance was instantly filled with black crowds.

A calm morning turned out to be different because of an alarm.

    I don't like noisy places.

Too many people will aggravate my panic.

Every minute I stand in the crowd, I feel like my heart is suffocated by a boulder.

But I still stood there motionless, my eyes fixed on the door of the gate, expecting something to happen?

The upper-level leaders inspected the scene and confirmed that the incident was an oolong incident.  It was an electrician who accidentally touched the alarm switch.

Everyone continue to go back to work.

Apparently that was the end of the matter.

However, the upper-level leaders did not realize that the fire drills they held every year did not work at the critical moment.

No one followed the escape route during the exercise.

No one picked up a fire extinguisher.

Everyone is running away.  towards the same line.

So, all the employees of the whole factory gathered at the gate.

If the upper-level leaders are willing, they can stand in the center and hold an all-staff meeting with a loudspeaker.  No one will be absent.

    Fortunately, there is no fire

If, indeed, there is a fire.

So are all the people standing at the door looking up at the fire spreading.

Reminds me of the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake.

At that time, I was still a third-year student.  I remember I was in chemistry class, it was around two o'clock in the afternoon.  Suddenly feel a tremor.  I thought it was because of my dizziness.  He raised his head and saw that the electric light above his head was also shaking.  Immediately felt bad.  Suddenly someone shouted that the teaching building was about to collapse

So all the students filed out.

The teaching building has three floors.  The stairwell was packed with students.

Some people lost their shoes while running, and some lost their stationery and books.

    This is a ridiculous escape.

To this day, I still feel it vividly.

It was only later that I realized that it was not the teaching building that was about to collapse, but the shock caused by the Wenchuan earthquake.  It was a very strong earthquake, which was felt in 80 percent of the country.

My hometown is Henan, which is located in the plains.  For many years, there has never been an earthquake.

But just a slight shock made us panic and flee in a disorderly manner.

But at that time we were children under the age of 17, unable to have the ability to judge things correctly like adults.

It is human nature to be afraid of death.

I heard that the school later held drills to deal with emergencies every year.  What the effect will be is unknown.

Whether it is a fire drill or a safety escape drill, it is hoped that when a disaster strikes, the casualty rate can be reduced as much as possible, and additionally ensure that property is less damaged.

Every route of the exercise is the best plan obtained through calculation.  It's not that running around casually can save lives.

During the Wenchuan earthquake, all the teachers and students of a school were safe and sound, which was attributed to the regular safety escape drill every year.  So many students, when the earthquake came, were still able to escape without fear and strictly followed the drill plan, minimizing the damage.  In the end, zero casualties were guaranteed.

This is order.  If one person is in chaos, all will be in chaos. Once chaos occurs, no one can escape.

On New Year's Day in 2014, a stampede occurred on the Bund in Shanghai.  23 people were injured and two died.

That year, the Yu Garden in Shanghai was not open on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month.  I'm afraid that there are too many people and I can't control the scene.

So how terrible is a place without order, anytimethreatening our lives.

I often laugh at the fire drills held by the factory every year.  Thought it was a funny show.

Everyone stood at the door of the workshop, waiting for the bell to ring at 11 o'clock.  The leaders of each workshop and department will repeatedly remind them of the matters that need to be paid attention to during the drill, for fear of making mistakes in any link.

This adds a different meaning to the exercise.

Because there are upper-level leaders watching, so be serious.  Cope for the sake of coping.

When the real disaster came, everyone was in a mess.  Who else would have thought of what to look out for when doing a drill.

Then the upper-level leaders must deeply reflect on whether the fire drills they are proud of every year are effective. Is it an adjustment to their busy life on weekdays, or a test of life and death?

Order exists in every aspect of our lives.

If you don't jump in the queue randomly, you will have less complaints.

Do not run red lights indiscriminately, reducing traffic accidents.

Go up and down the stairs without taking a step

May our world become more and more beautiful.

May we all be treated with tenderness.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
