In the evening, Master Cai had no intention of leaving. It happened that Uncle Da Zhuo and Uncle Xiao Zhuo also had something to say to Zhao Ran, so Zhao Ran simply arranged for the three of them to live in Junshan Temple.

After settling in Master Cai, Zhao Ran came to see Uncle Da Zhuo and Uncle Xiao Zhuo. When they met, he asked Master Cai what he meant and why he kept pestering him and had no sense of being a mage at all.  This was a dignified mage, and he was from the Yuhuang Pavilion. When Zhao Ran thought of the style and arrogance of Zhu Zhimeng's mage master, he couldn't figure out what Master Cai was up to.

"Tell me, uncles, what is Master Cai's background? Is he here for the statue?"

Zhuo Tengyi smiled and said: "Who made you reveal your roots today? Master Cai was greatly moved."

Zhao Ran got goosebumps: "No way?"

Zhuo Tengyi didn't know that Zhao Ran had other thoughts, so he explained: "Master Cai is the best in formations. You talked to him about formations today, which is very suitable for him. Speaking of which, Master Zhao, you are good at formations."  The progress is really amazing. In just two years, it has progressed to such an extent that even Master Cai admires it"

Zhuo Tengyun, the elder brother who has always been taciturn, suddenly said: "Let's talk business."

Zhuo Tengyi coughed and changed the subject: "Martial Nephew Zhao, I heard that the Qibao Usnea root was donated by you. Can you tell me the origin of this elixir? You know, my brother and I went to Sichuan this time, and it was very difficult.  After searching for several months, I have only found a few kinds, which are far from what is needed for alchemy. Previously, the five-color master just exchanged the tongue orchid vine to Huayun Pavilion, and now you have come up with the Seven Treasures Usnea Root. It is really incredible.  Don¡¯t worry, my brother is not someone who takes anything by force. All you need to do is tell us where you got these elixirs from. My brother will just go and do it without bothering you, nephew. Moreover, as soon as you find something, the museum will contact you.  A rich reward.¡±

Zhao Ran shook his head and said: "I'm sorry, Uncle Master. I escaped from Xia Kingdom last year. Uncle Master also knows about this matter. To be honest, Pei Zhongze and I did have some benefits, but they were all obtained from plundering sheep from the Buddhist temple. Most of them are still there."  I kept two pieces from Pei Zhongze, one was the tongue orchid vine, and the other was the seven-treasure usnea root. Last time, my uncle, you left me a letter saying that you needed the tongue orchid vine. I was going to take it out right then.  , but I couldn¡¯t contact my two master uncles, so I handed it over to the Master of Five Colors and asked him to present it on my behalf. As for presenting the Seven Treasures Usnea Root, you should be clear about the basics"

Seeing the disappointment on Zhuo Tengyi's face, Zhao Ran immediately changed the topic: "Although I don't have any elixir anymore, Pei Zhongze still has some. I don't know what the two uncles want. I'll go to Xin Qingyun Pavilion.  With my friendship with Pei Zhongze, we may be able to help him a little bit."

Zhuo Tengyi looked at Zhuo Tengyun, Zhuo Tengyun nodded, Zhuo Tengyi said: "Thank you very much. The elixir being refined by Huayun Pavilion lacks a kind of elixir called 'Five-flowered Cloud Leaf'  'This medicine has five leaves in total, each with a different color and smell. I hope my nephew can ask for some on my behalf."

As Zhuo Tengyi said that, Zhao Ran put his spiritual thoughts into his fingers and rummaged through the pile of medicinal materials. Sure enough, he saw this elixir. There were three plants in total, so he said: "Uncle, don't worry, if Pei Zhongze has this elixir,  I will definitely get the medicinal materials for my uncle."

Zhuo Tengyi said happily: "In this way, I will be able to work hard. But I don't know what difficulties my nephew has been having recently. If it is useful, I will try my best!"

Zhao Ran said with emotion: "The two uncles spoke to me because they are looking up to my nephew. There is no condition to be negotiated. Let's not mention this matter!"

With his statement like this, the two Zhuo family uncles had a higher opinion of him, so they talked happily for a while, and Zhao Ran was ready to say goodbye and leave.

Before leaving, Zhuo Tengyun, who had been a dull gourd all night, suddenly said: "Master Nephew Zhao has entered the Taoist realm?"

Zhao Ran was lingering here, waiting for this sentence, and immediately picked up the topic and said: "Uncle Dazhuo also noticed it? Haha, my nephew, I have been practicing hard for a year. It is really not easy."

Zhuo Tengyi was very surprised, and quickly stretched out his hand to touch Zhao Rantanzhong, and then said happily: "Sure enough, the sea of ????Qi has been built!" Then he clicked his tongue for a long time, saying that he had never seen anything like this before.  Just stepping into the Taoist realm is simply unheard of.

Zhao Ran immediately said: "I remember that the two uncles once talked about being qualified to be awarded the post of Lu"

"After I go back, I will ask the elders for you and try my best to fight for you."

    "Thank you two uncles!"

Zhao Ran happily left the house of his two uncles from the Zhuo family and went back to his room to practice hard.  In the early morning of the second day, Master Cai finally remembered the mission of his trip and began to get busy setting up the statue.

The statue of the god occupies the most important and core position in the dojo. In this world, the establishment of the Shifang Jungle Dojo has the most fundamental purpose, in addition to supervising the secular world and controlling the place., is to draw the power of faith, and the idol is the magic weapon to draw the power of faith.

The Ming Dynasty adopted Taoism as its state religion. The gods of Taoism are an extremely large system. From the highest Taoist ancestors of the Sanqing Dynasty to the lowest mountain gods, all can be used as objects of worship.  Therefore, it is impossible to worship all the gods in one missionary place, not even the overall view of Mount Lu, let alone the place.

Generally speaking, in formal Taoist temples and Taoist palaces, statues of the Taoist ancestors of the Three Qing Dynasties must be installed. In larger Taoist temples, if the conditions are mature (the temples are complete and there are more people), there will also be three statues of Taoist ancestors.  Statues of Qing Taoist ancestors, such as Wujiyuan.  Other than that, there are differences.

If it belongs to the Zhengyi sect, in addition to the Sanqing Taoist ancestors, the Taoist temple also enshrines Zhang Tianshi; if it belongs to the Quanzhen sect, it enshrines Chongyang Zhenren. As for the Quanzhen Seven Sons, it depends on which sect they belong to.  The remaining statues are even more diverse.

Generally speaking, which statue to install is decided by the first Taoist priest who opens the dojo.  Taoism believes that both secular people and cultivators are secretly connected with the sky, and their spirits must be closely related to a certain star above the nine heavens, and the stars are the places of gods and immortals, so the sky  Induction occurs between people.  In other words, as long as anyone in this world believes in Taoism, he will be protected by a certain god in the sky, and everything he thinks, feels, and thinks will resonate with the god who protects him.

This is what is called destiny.

The Taoist priest who receives the ultimatum is particularly sensitive in this aspect, and can form an unknown communication with the gods who protect him to a large extent. When the Taoist priest preaches, it will also affect the people who receive the ultimatum.  Therefore, when a Taoist priest opens a dojo, he should try his best to enshrine the statue of the god according to his destiny, so as to maximize the effect of absorbing the power of faith.

In addition to Sanqing Taoist ancestors and Zhang Tianshi, Wujiyuan also enshrines Huang Chengyi, the moon god who is one of the four merits, as the main sacrificial statue. This is because the destined god of the first supervisory court is Huang Chengyi.

Therefore, as the founder of Junshan Temple, Zhao Ran¡¯s destined god should be the statue enshrined in the temple.  Of course, this is also the only statue in Junshan Temple so far - the temple is too small to accommodate other gods.  In the future, if conditions permit, statues of Sanqing Taoist ancestors and Zhang Tianshi will be installed, but generally speaking, Taoist temples do not need them.

How can we know which god Zhao Ran is destined to be?  Taoism has its own way.

Master Cai stood in front of the empty shrine, with Zhuo Tengyun and Zhuo Tengyi on his left and right sides. Zhao Ran was kneeling on the futon, and Jin Jiu, Guan Er and Lu Jin were arranged in sequence behind him.  The ceremony of selecting the statue of the god is extremely important, so everyone wears the formal robes used in the fasting ceremony.

Master Cai took out a golden cylinder from his arms and pulled out a thick stack of talismans. With a flick of his hand, these talismans were spread across the entire niche.  Zhao Ran glanced around and saw that there was a statue of a god painted on each talisman, and the name of the god was written in seal script next to it.

Then I heard Master Cai say: "This is the spiritual position of nine classes of gods and immortals. Zhao Zhiran, please sincerely offer the incense. If there is a god in your destiny, the spiritual position will rise automatically."

Later, Master Cai explained that the nine levels of gods and immortals are the most common gods for ordinary people. The number of gods is extremely large, including the flying dragon immortal, the official envoy, the wolf official Hu Ben, the Tianding warrior, and the Tianju.  Soldiers, mountain gods, land, etc. These talismans can only refer to each other and cannot be described one by one. For example, the mountain god is represented by a talisman, and the land is also represented by a talisman. But in fact, the mountain gods and land must be countless.

If after Zhao Ran offers incense and worships, the mountain god rises up, he will be established as the mountain god of Xiaojun Mountain.  For example, the statue of Longshan Temple in Wujiyuan is dedicated to the Longshan Mountain God.

So Zhao Ran took the three pillars of burning incense handed over by Master Cai, bowed respectfully, and then offered them sincerely.

Everyone held their breath and stared at the stands.
