Chapter 1823 Resistance Army Camp

The location agreed upon by Wallace and the Ugandan Resistance Army was under a mound.  At the appointed time, an old truck drove over.

The black militants in the car asked Lin Rui and others to get into the truck, and they were not allowed to carry any weapons.

"You can't all come up. You, Wallace, and your boss, plus one more person at most, can only have three of you." The black militant shook his head.

"I'm afraid this won't work. If you don't let the boss's bodyguard follow him, he won't be able to go anywhere. What should we do?" Wallace whispered to the militant, "This is his first time doing business with you, so he has to  Be careful. To put it bluntly, they don’t believe you. What if you break your promise and kidnap him?”

The militant frowned and said, "We can't risk taking so many people."

"How many of them are there? There are hundreds of people in your training camp. My employer went to you to negotiate without bodyguards or weapons. How is this possible? If this is the case, we will lack the ability to do anything.  The basis of the business. This business can't be done." Wallace shook his head and said, "Anyway, there are too many people in this place who have manpower and are willing to be mercenaries."

"Wait a minute." Seeing that Wallace quit, the black militant said with embarrassment.  "That's what One Eye said."

"If you are not allowed to bring bodyguards and guns, then we will change the way and let your one-eyed Vinak come to see me. I can let him come with bodyguards and weapons. What do you think of this?" Lin Rui?  Frowning.

"Look, Mr. Rick is very sincere, but you guys are going too far." Wallace shook his head and said, "This is a fucking business. Whoever pays is the boss; whoever contributes is the employee.  . How can any employee dare to talk to his boss like this?"

The black militants hesitated for a moment and could only nod.  "Okay, get in the car, but Mr. Rick's bodyguards better be careful. We're all watching you, so you'd better not mess around."

Crazy Horse and Sandro shrugged, "As long as you can provide adequate security measures to protect Mr. Rick. We simply can't ask for more."

The black militants looked at them, and finally Lin Rui, Jiang An, Crazy Horse and Sandro got into the car together.  On the surface, Lin Rui is the representative of Black Island Military Company, and Jiang An is his secretary.  Crazy Horse and Sandro were their bodyguards, and the black man Wallace was the middleman. He looked like he was ready to discuss business.  They were also very relaxed and comfortable after getting in the car.

After the truck drove away, Snake Eyes, Sergey and others came out from behind the hillside.  Snake Eyes looked at the GPS locator in his hand, nodded and said, "The signal is good. Shall we catch up?"

"Wait a minute, we can't get too close to them." Yelena replied.  "This will be very dangerous. As long as we can lock their location now, we will be able to find their training camp sooner or later. And we are only responsible for assisting them on the outside."

"Yes, your sniper team needs to guard the perimeter. There are not many people in their camp except for the child soldiers. Rick needs you to quickly control the situation after the battle starts. To prevent them from pushing those child soldiers to the battlefield.  So you need to find the location of those child soldiers." Sergey looked at them and said, "The rest is up to the rest of us."

Snake Eyes and Yelena both nodded.

The truck in front of me was driving on the dirt road and it was causing a lot of dust, and there was yellow dust everywhere.  The black militants in the car were in high spirits, dancing and singing songs that Lin Rui didn't understand at all.  These African peoples seem to be born with an optimistic attitude, no matter what time it is.

They saw Lin Rui smoking and even asked him for cigarettes.  After Lin Rui satisfied them, these black militants were also very happy. One of them even patted his shoulder excitedly and said "Friends!" in Chinese.

In recent years, China has had many projects in Africa, and a large number of Chinese people are working on projects or doing business in Africa.  These black people actually have very complicated feelings towards the Chinese.  They look down on these yellow-skinned Asians, with some envy, but sometimes with some hatred.  But no matter what, it is undeniable that China has great influence in many parts of Africa.

The black militant told Lin Rui that he learned Chinese while working for the Chinese.  At that time, the Chinese were building a building locally, and he went to work as a worker.  He said he still missed it there and said the food there was very good.  Sometimes you can even get grilled bananas.

Lin Rui didn’t say anything, just lowered his head and smoked.  He knew that after an hour, maybe two hours later, none of these black militants of the Ugandan Resistance Army would be alive.  Including this black man who is now his brother.  This has nothing to do with personal feelings.??It's just business.

"How long?" Jiang An asked in a low voice.

"It won't take long, we are almost there, probably in an hour or two." The black militant shook his head.

They arrived two hours later. This camp was originally a hideout for the main leader of the Ugandan Resistance Army. It could accommodate 500 guerrillas. It originally had underground trenches, observation posts, communication centers, hospitals and air defense systems.  But because it had been occupied by government troops several times, it was severely damaged.

"One-eyed Vinack and others also fled everywhere. When the government troops left, they came back and continued to occupy the mountain as kings.  That's what they are like as anti-government guerrillas, and the government forces can't do anything to them.  If you hit him, he will run away, and when you withdraw, he will come back.  This is what makes these anti-government guerrillas a headache for the regular army.

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????OUTOUT THE BORDER:  But the same cannot be said for your regular armed forces and troops. If regular armed forces cross the border, they will be suspected of invading other countries.  So this is also the reason why anti-government armed forces gather in large numbers at the border.

They ran to the other side if they couldn't beat them, and the government troops really couldn't chase them.  As a result, as soon as the government troops left, they came back.  The Ugandan government troops are also very annoyed.  So for some small-scale armed organizations, as long as they don't cause big trouble, just let them go.  Chasing them is a waste of life and money, but has no effect.

So although this training camp changed hands several times and was severely damaged, it eventually returned to the hands of the Ugandan Resistance Army.  Although it was in dilapidated condition, there were still a large number of militants gathered there.
