Chapter 953 Reconstruction Plan

    In the afternoon, Black Panther Gulei found a boat, and they arrived at St. Keizer Island by water.

    This island is much larger than the original Black Island and has fresh water resources. There was a silver mine on the island in the 19th century.  Although it was once controlled by Spanish colonists, it has since been part of the Kingdom of Poiacan.

    The island has a simple but sturdy fortress castle left over from the colonial period. The Governor's Palace is located in the castle.
