The bloody mist swallowed everyone, everyone!

If you stand at the bottom of Tiger Leaping Mountain, you can see the fog spurting out from the peak, pouring down like thousands of horses galloping. The fog is mixed with rolling thunder, galloping, colliding, and permeating the whole tiger.  Jumping mountains are covered in it.

But in the fog is another world.

The sunset is warm, the mountain breeze is blowing, and a faint mist is lingering in the distant mountains.  The color of indigo in the distant mountains was in sharp contrast with the brilliant fog in front of her. Zhou Fanghua thought of the rainbow hanging in the sky. She once imagined that the man she admired was also looking at that rainbow, just like looking at herself.

She even fantasized about getting together with Chu Nanfei on Hongqiao, taking a walk, and even having sex with each other.

"It's over, it's all over" Ma Decai, who was kneeling on the ground and praying continuously, didn't bother to wipe the blood on his face. He held the sign tightly and looked at the mountain pass in the fog in horror. Then he got up and ran to the top of the mountain regardless.  The horrified shouts echoed far away in the mountains.

The sudden change instantly broke Zhou Fanghua's heart. The strength she once had no longer existed at this moment. She wanted to cheer up and stand up again, but her legs seemed to be fixed on the ground. After a struggle, she fell to the ground, and her forehead was sprayed on one piece.  On the stone, blood flowed instantly.

At that moment, she finally woke up.

At first glance, I saw the team members behind me walking past, walking lightly towards the top of Tiger Leaping Mountain. I couldn't see their faces, couldn't feel their vitality, they were like shells that had lost their lives.

Zhou Fanghua looked at the retreating figure in confusion. She wanted to shout but couldn't make a sound. She got up to chase but couldn't move forward.  Another team member walked past, his hair fluttering in the fog, and his fair face was so blurry that he couldn't see clearly.

"Yuqin don't go up!" Zhou Fanghua finally shouted. She felt that the tight breath in her chest was finally exhaled. Then she shouted Duan Yuqin's name hoarsely, chasing after him like crazy, but fell to the ground again.

Duan Yuqin is Zhou Fanghua¡¯s assistant, a young doctoral candidate, and a researcher at the Institute of History, Chinese Academy of Sciences, like Zhou Fanghua.  But no matter how Zhou Fanghua shouted, Duan Yuqin disappeared as if she had not heard of her. In other words, she existed like air in Duan Yuqin's eyes.

Zhou Fanghua suddenly stopped and looked at the Tiger Leaping Mountain Pass. The rushing mist was like a sea of ??clouds, still so spectacular and still so mysterious.  It was just a lot darker than before the accident. Looking back at the sunset over the mountains, I realized that it was setting and night was coming.

There is no doubt that eternal day will be followed by eternal night.  Before, he was still threatening Ma De to speed up his actions, but now everything has turned into a phantom, including his comrades.

Is there a problem with time?  Or has it broken into an unknown time and space?  There seems to be a powerful mysterious force controlling everything. This world is completely different from the real world. Zhou Fanghua had perceptions and suspicions as early as when she entered the Bone Peak.

Now it¡¯s finally confirmed, but it¡¯s too late.

The world in the fog and the real world are basically two time and space environments. The time that you think is chaotic is actually the operating law of this time and space, and everything in this time and space still follows this law.  Under this special law, time becomes infinitely extended, so there is the so-called "eternal day".

Zhou Fanghua¡¯s brain went blank, her thoughts seemed to have been emptied. She couldn¡¯t remember how she came here, and she didn¡¯t know where she was going.  She struggled painfully in the grass on the mountain, blood gushing out of her mouth, and kept shouting Chu Nanfei's name before she fainted.

When the last ray of the setting sun in the dusk was still struggling, a black shadow ran down from the direction of the Tiger Leaping Mountain pass. It ran up to Zhou Fanghua and picked her up, disappearing in the desolate mountain in an instant.

    Night, finally came.

Before the night fell, Chu Nanfei finally saw the Tiger Leaping Mountain Pass. Although it was only a stone's throw away, he walked the entire dusk.  This was the longest dusk he had ever spent in his life. He once thought he could catch up with the archaeological team and see the woman he dreamed about at night, but the cruel reality brought him to the brink of collapse.

Chu Nanfei was afraid that the team would deviate from the route and miss the archaeological team, so he sent two team members, Liu Jinsheng and Li Baoguo, to conduct reconnaissance and exploration. They carefully selected the route based on Fanghua's characteristics, and discovered that the equipment they had thrown away turned out to be a tactical backpack.

The backpack was empty, but it was discarded to reduce the weight.  Despite this, Chu Nanfei was unable to catch up with the archaeological team before dark, as if they had disappeared from the world, which made Chu Nanfei anxious.

At this moment, Liu Jin ran back from the front panting, waving something in his hand: "Boss, the archaeological team has been discovered!"

&nbspFei Fei, when he was with that woman, the two of them stumbling and taunting each other, but after a year of "cooling down" period, the inseparable feelings broke out at this moment.

Liu Jinsheng and Li Baoguo had no time to sigh and sigh. The two formed an attack formation and followed closely to provide support, just in case.  All signs indicate that the archaeological team was attacked, but strangely no body was found at the attack point. Expanding the search scope is the only option.

"There are no signs of fighting nearby, no wounded and no bodies!" The bright flashlight in Li Baoguo's hand swept across the grass-covered mountainous area. Only Chu Nanfei's shadow appeared and disappeared in his sight, and his hoarse shouts were horrifying.

I hope to find the body, but I resist seeing that scene, and my conflicted heart has nowhere to rest.  Liu Jinsheng glanced ahead nervously. This place was so weird!  He was not afraid of any monsters, but he suddenly had an inexplicable sense of fear in his subconscious, which was a great shame for a special operations team member.

A gust of wind passed by him, and Chu Nanfei suddenly turned around and rushed towards the target in the darkness. Unexpectedly, the shadow flickered and disappeared out of thin air. At the same time, a dazzling light made his eyes go dark, and he fell to the ground after shaking.

    "Boss, are you okay?"

Hearing Lao Liu¡¯s cry in the darkness, Chu Nanfei gasped for air and forced himself to get up. His body was shaky and he could only use the assault rifle as a crutch to keep him from falling.

Liu Jinsheng and Li Baoguo came up from behind, and the three of them came together. No one spoke to each other, only heavy breathing.  They had tried their best to find the site of the archaeological team's accident as quickly as possible and tried their best to find the missing people, but the result was extremely disappointing.

Maybe not finding a body is the best result!

"Lao Chu, the environment here is not good for us. We must stop the search and think about it in the long term." Li Baoguo gasped and said: "We can conduct a blanket search without finding any dead ends, but we must stop the operation now, just in case!"

This is a pertinent suggestion. The thoughtful Li Baoguo knows Chu Nanfei's temper very well. If he blindly emphasizes the danger without taking effective search and rescue operations, it will completely deviate from the original intention.  In order not to touch Chu Nanfei's bottom line, he could only express it tactfully.

Chu Nanfei¡¯s bottom line is that he must find Zhou Fanghua, make sure she is safe now, and find every archaeological team member without landing.  This is also the bottom line for the search and rescue team, but the wish is good, but the reality is cruel.

Liu Jinsheng also cautiously echoed: "The fact that no body has been found means that we still have hope. This is also the motivation to continue the search and rescue mission."

    Silence, pain, despair.

There are no words that can accurately describe Chu Nanfei's current mood. His hope is dim, his spirit is on the verge of collapse, and his faith is also collapsing invisibly.  Chu Nanfei felt that hope was like sand, which he seemed to have but could never grasp.

"They are lost we are a step too late!" Chu Nanfei fell to the ground with a bang. Once his tense nerves relaxed, he could no longer find a reason to focus.

The night is very dark, there are no stars or moon in the sky.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
