After arriving at the hotel, Luo Youlin got out of the car, and Manjia turned the car around and waited outside.  It was getting late and there weren't many people here.  Manjia lowered the car window, always paying attention to the movement at the door.

After a while, a hotel waiter directly carried Gao Xiuqi out.  The second young lady of the Gao family had turned into a puddle of mud and could no longer stand firmly.  Luo Youlin, who was helping her, looked different from usual. She looked very embarrassed. She was looking after Gao Xiuqi while thanking her.

When they got to the car, Luo Youlin had just opened the door, and Gao Xiuqi turned around and lay down next to the flower bed and vomited.  The disgusting sounds and smells wafted over, making Manjia frown tightly.  The windows were raised and there was no sound.

Dr. Luo was extremely patient. He passed the water and tissues in his hand, as if he was not surprised by this situation.  Manjia looked at her in the rearview mirror and saw her pursed lips and calm eyes.

The subsequent process was almost a replica of the last time, but Manjia never showed up for the sake of what he had agreed to do before.  Gao Xiuqi's aunt came down and brought her up together with Luo Youlin.  Another half hour later, Luo Youlin came out of Gao Xiuqi's house, opened the door and got into the car, and let out a long breath.

Manjia looked at her and said nothing.  Luo Youlin was silent for a while, and when she was about to speak, Man Jia spoke first.

    "I'll take you home."

Luo Youlin was stunned for a moment, looked at Man Jia, hesitated for a moment, and then said slowly:

"Go and drive your car firstif you're still at He Feng's place."

"No need," Manjia said, starting the car, "I'll take you back and take a taxi home. I'll pick it up tomorrow. It's too late today."

    "Manjia"

"You go back and take a shower and go to bed early. You've been too tired recently."

Manjia didn¡¯t look at her again, she just said this, and the car quickly drove out of the gate of the community.  Whether she was really tired or was thinking about something, Luo Youlin didn't say anything more, just leaned back on the chair and closed her eyes in relief.

    "Where is your home?"

"Turn left and go east along Gaoxin Road. There is a famous garden near the Statue of the Goddess."

Luo Youlin kept talking with her eyes closed, without any special reaction.  Manjia nodded and drove quietly along the route she told.  The content of the conversation between the two people seemed unfamiliar, but their tone and attitude seemed to have been familiar to them for a long time.

Because it was late at night and there were very few cars on the road, we arrived quickly.  As soon as the car stopped at the gate of the community, Luo Youlin, who seemed to be asleep along the way, opened her eyes.  Wake up and look at Manjia,

    "you¡¡"

"I won't go in. Is it okay for you to go back by yourself?"

    Luo Youlin blinked, "No"

"Well," Manjia nodded, "Then I'm leaving, you go to bed early, bye."

After saying that, I got off the car, looked around, followed the sidewalk next to me, and walked slowly toward the main road outside.

Dr. Luo was stunned for a while in the car. She originally wanted to explain it. Although it had nothing to do with Manjia, she still thought it would be better to explain it.  But Manjia neither asked nor said anything about what happened to Gao Xiuqi just now, and just left, which made Luo Youlin a little unable to recover.  When she got out of the car, she turned around and saw that there was no sign of Manjia on the road.

I don¡¯t know why, but some inexplicable guilt emerged in Luo Youlin¡¯s heart, causing her to stand facing the direction Manjia left for a long time without having a clue.

Man Jia left and said that she would pick up the car tomorrow just because she wanted Luo Youlin to go home early. She was not willing to leave her beloved little white horse on the bar street for the night, so she took a taxi and went back to Li Hefeng's place.

The landlady was leaning on the bar, smoking, and the expression on her face had returned to its previous blurry state.  His eyes were blank and he didn't know what he was thinking.  Manjia sat next to her, looked at her and smiled gently.  There is some care and comfort in the smile, as well as some confidence and courage.

Li Hefeng was infected by this smile and raised the corners of his lips.

    "Sent them all back?"

"Well," Manjia nodded, "Everyone is sent back to his home."

    "Then what?"

"Then? Then I'll come back." Manjia raised her eyebrows and her eyes widened.

The landlady shook her head, rested her arms on the bar, lowered her fingers holding the cigarette, and rubbed the wine glass in front of her.

"What are your plans for the future?"

Manjia smiled and did Tai Chi, "What do you think?"

Li Hefeng ignored her and said to himself:

      Manjia nodded, "Okay."

Gao Xiujin smiled again, "You look so well-behaved like this." As he said that, he looked at Man Jia's body.

"Do you have a date today?"

"Huh?" Man Jia also laughed, "Is it so obvious?"

Gao Xiujin pursed her lips and said nothing, but her smile remained the same.

"Not necessarily, it depends on whether she has time."

Manjia¡¯s tone is brisk and her eyes are shining.  Gao Xiujin felt the joy coming from her and couldn't help but joke,

"Is there anyone who would refuse a date with you because they don't have time?"

"Ha! Do you think this is a compliment?!"

    "It is."

In the laughter, Gao Xiujin slowly stretched out, relaxed, and had a smile that was not seen on ordinary days.  In fact, she was very good-looking, but Manjia felt a little unbearable for some reason. Maybe, this woman really needed something warm.

Regarding my slow update problem, I have already explained it many times before, so I won¡¯t repeat it again.  I apologize if this makes readers feel uncomfortable.  All I can promise is that no matter how long it takes, I will finish writing it.  For the rest, I'm sorry for my incompetence.

The plot of the story is progressing slowly. Thank you for the patience of those who are willing to wait. I will do my best to make the story enjoyable.

    Years of coding, that¡¯s all.

??Also, there was a bug in the previous chapter, I'm sorry to have overlooked it.  It was previously written that Dr. Luo was on duty on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but now it is written that he is on Saturday off. Phew, I am getting old too, alas!  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
