    Previous life.

These two words are as light as snow, but they hit my heart hard.  Luo Yuanqiu stood in front of the ice wall for a long time, with a layer of ice on his eyelashes and a thin chill covering his facial features.  She moved her frozen hands slightly, raised her hands to wipe her face, put her thoughts back, and walked towards the fork in the wind and snow.

The memory of her past life is like an unsolved mystery to her, and it is cast a strange shadow by her resurrection from the dead.  It's not that the mystery is complicated and difficult to solve, but when she thinks of those past events, she just feels like an outsider, standing aside and watching with a cold eye, without any emotion or sadness.

Her heart is as smooth as glass, a tranquility that cannot be disturbed by dust.  It was so quiet that even in the season when the vegetation was lush and lush, it seemed to her that after the heavy snowfall in late winter, there was nothing left in the surrounding fields.

Luo Yuanqiu knows that he is not a person who likes tranquility. Although he has practiced meditation in the mountains since he was a child, this tranquility is not that tranquility. Meditation is to focus on cultivating the mind and regulate the Qi.  But the tranquility in her heart now is like the silence after death. She is indifferent to people and things, and it is difficult to be interested in caring.

She walked into the fog, and the snow-white mist floated lightly from her shoulders and arms, blowing away the dust of her past life.  She heard laughter coming from the mist, which soon turned into sharp curses and cries of resentment, intertwined and repeated in this way, echoing endlessly in her ears.

At one time, a thousand sounds were rising like boiling water, suddenly far away and now close.  Sometimes it was like a thunderclap, followed by angry scoldings, ordering her not to take another step forward.  Sometimes it turned into a sincere cry of pleading, asking her to stop and look back and not move forward.

Luo Yuanqiu's expression remained unchanged. He felt a little noisy after listening to it, so he took two useless talismans from his sleeves, made them into balls and stuffed them into his ears.  But the voice couldn't be avoided by plugging her ears and not listening. The cries, curses and pleas became even louder, and the mist gathered into many human-like shadows, whizzing past her head, circling and wandering away, refusing to go away for a long time.  .

Although he didn¡¯t know the role of the shadow and the human voice, Luo Yuanqiu still kept walking forward.  The further we go, the thicker the fog becomes, and the shadows become clearer, and the outlines of the condensed human figures can also be seen. The shadows are hidden in the fog, and they flash by from time to time.

The sound of breaking through the air suddenly came. Luo Yuanqiu raised his hand to block the flying light sword without thinking. He only heard a clang sound, like the sound of swords striking each other. In an instant, a shadow broke out of the fog and attacked with a sword.  Luo Yuanqiu couldn't help but bend her knees and lean back, using her sword as a shield. When the shadow struck again, she used her strength to jump up. With a wave of sword light in her hand, she cut the shadow in half in an instant.

She then discovered that the shadow formed by the mist did not dissipate immediately. Instead, it split into two and turned into two figures rushing towards her!

The weirdness of this situation is self-evident. Luo Yuanqiu immediately put away the sword light in his hand and started running in the snow.  The two shadows were chasing after her, and there seemed to be more congealing shadows in the misty mist. It might not even take half a stick of incense to catch up with them.

The cold wind got stronger and the snow became more intense. The fog finally dispersed a little, but there was another fork in the road before us.  Luo Yuanqiu heard the clash of swords behind him, which was different from the sound of the wind, accompanied by the noise of people talking.  Without even thinking about it, she randomly picked one and rushed in. Unexpectedly, her foot fell empty. In her panic, she only had time to grab a handful of snow, and then she heard the whistling of the wind. Suddenly her eyes darkened, and she walked along the smooth surface.  The ice wall fell down.

It didn¡¯t take long for Luo Yuanqiu to realize that this should be an ice road.  She didn't know how long she had been skating, but she could only see the solid ice in the deep cave shimmering with a blue luster in the dark, and the light above her head was getting farther and farther away, as if she had fallen into the depths of the netherworld.  The chill was so intense that even her breath froze. Finally, she was thrown from a cliff and fell heavily into the deep snow.

After lying in the snow for a while, she got up with difficulty and staggered a few steps.  Everywhere you looked there was ice, shaped like the fangs of wild beasts hanging downwards, connected and hooked together, extremely sharp.

Luo Yuanqiu took a few glances, patted the snow and ice off his body, and walked slowly in the ice cave shaped like the mouth of a giant beast.

As soon as we got rid of the deadly fog, we fell into the ice cave again in the blink of an eye.  This ice cave is so deep and wide that it is difficult to see the end at a glance.  In the darkness, the black ice glowed with a deep blue light, dyeing the surrounding area a color of frost. Luo Yuanqiu walked under an ice tree and saw that there were no leaves on the branch, only large, thin, silk-like ice flowers.  Let it go, and the trees will light up in the darkness.

She was fearless and had no desire to explore. She didn¡¯t touch the tree when she saw it, she just looked at it for a while and then left.  Icicles stood up all around, like a newly polished bronze mirror, clearly reflecting her figure. She didn't know how the icicles were arranged. No matter how she walked, she could see her reflection.  The icicles reflected each other, and immediately they were surrounded by Luo Yuanqiu's shadow, which was reflected clearly on the ice and changed as she moved.

Luo Yuanqiu felt something was wrongToo much regret If you persist in your thoughts, you will never be able to leave this magical world.  "

Luo Yuanqiu looked at his palms in silence for a moment, unable to believe that those were all illusions.

The shadow looked to itself and said: "The ghost shadow was born out of fear of death. The woman who came here to find a girl¡ª¡ª"

Luo Yuanqiu interrupted: "When I was young, I always thought about my parents coming to see me."

¡°Maybe it¡¯s because of this, I always feel that others have it but she doesn¡¯t.  But later she realized that it wasn't that they didn't want to come see her, but that they were no longer alive.

Thinking about it this way, the man who felt guilty about his niece, and what he had not finished saying, were just the thoughts of injustice in his heart that he was still brooding over the murder of his elders.

As for the old man, Luo Yuanqiu finally remembered where he had seen the talisman sword on him. It was clearly her uncle's old belongings!

The boat passed by several snow-capped mountains and was only a few steps away from the shore.  Luo Yuanqiu had mixed feelings for a moment and asked in a low voice: "Why doesn't this ship dock?"

The shadow replied: "Only those who are about to die will go to the other shore. They will never escape from the illusion. You are not dead, how can you get to the shore?"

Luo Yuanqiu smiled. This shadow was not as scary as the ghost in her dream. Instead, it had a sense of familiarity, which made her feel more intimate.

After holding the boat for a while, Shadow seemed to be tired, so he let the boat float along the current.  Luo Yuanqiu saw it sitting cross-legged on the bow of the boat and asked, "What would have happened if I hadn't woken up from the illusion?"

Judging from the outline of the shadow, it looked like a girl. It played with the tail of its hair and replied very impatiently: "Of course it's a dream. This boat will sink when it passes through the middle of the lake. What else do you think?"

This answer was unexpected by Luo Yuanqiu. She thought of the scene she saw in the fantasy world. It seemed that there was some unknown metaphor hidden in it, which corresponded to the knots in her past.

No one or a shadow spoke, and the shadow sat quietly on the bow of the boat.  Luo Yuanqiu came back to his senses, looked at the water and asked, "Who are you?"

    "you ask me?"

Scattered light snow fell on the water. The shadow reached out and made a series of movements. The snow quickly melted into the water. It paused and said: "I am you."
