You can search for "Anti-Japanese War on the Yellow Sand" in Baidu to find the latest chapters!

The center of the headquarters is a huge tactical sandbox.

In the center of the sand table is Xuzhou.

On the sand table, the terrain near Xuzhou and even along Jinpu Road, as well as the situation between the enemy and ourselves, were marked with the Blue Sky White Sun Flag and the Japanese Army Flag.

On the wall of the headquarters is a three-meter-square military map.  The center of the military map is also the center of this battle - Xuzhou!

But Xia Yang¡¯s eyes fell on three other places.

That is Taierzhuang in the north of Xuzhou, Linyi in Shandong, and Teng County.

Xia Yang knew that in the first stage of the battle, these three places were the core areas of the battle.  Among them, Taierzhuang is the focus of competition between China and Japan.

"Okay, everyone, please be quiet. The meeting will begin." General Bai's voice was not loud, but it was quite intimidating.

He is a veteran of the Kuomintang. During the Northern Expedition, he was a vanguard.  Now in the era of the Anti-Japanese War, the top leaders of the Kuomintang still maintain a high degree of trust in his military capabilities.

Therefore, his words are still very intimidating among the generals of the national army.

Sure enough, the originally noisy conference room was calmed down by his words.  Xia Yang could even hear the breathing of other people around him.

"The importance of Xuzhou, I think, there is no need to say more." Commander-in-Chief Li stepped forward and said: "The task of our fifth theater is to defend this place! Prevent the Japanese army from opening up Jinpu Road and prevent their northern and southern invasion forces from meeting.  and."

After saying that, he looked at everyone and said: "The latest news is that the Japanese Isoya Division and Itagaki Seishiro's Fifth Division are ready to move and are actively preparing for war. They may launch an attack on our fifth theater at any time."

"Isotani Rensuke's 10th Division and Itagaki Seishiro's 5th Division are both Category A divisions of the Japanese army. They can be said to be the elite of the elite. They are not only equipped with armored fighting vehicles, but also various wild types.  Artillery and mountain artillery. Since invading our territory, they have almost never failed," General Bai added.

"How to respond? This is not only an issue that General Bai and I, but also the Fifth Theater Staff Headquarters need to consider, and it is also an issue that you should consider." Commander-in-Chief Li said.

Everyone looked at each other, but no one came forward to speak.

This is the common thinking of many people. If you say too much, it will make many mistakes, so it is better not to say anything.  Or I wait for others to say it first, and then I say it.

¡°If you have anything you can say, please don¡¯t play the tricks of the bureaucrats at this time.¡± Commander-in-Chief Li sighed and said.

After he said this, the division commanders, army commanders, and staff officers below began to discuss in low voices.

Xia Yang looked around and saw that they were all division commanders and corps commanders, and maybe the commander-in-chief of the group army.  How can he discuss it with these people? He can only listen to what they say.

So he silently stepped back, and found that as he stood further back, the ranks of the people behind him gradually became almost the same as his own.  Many of them, like me, are also colonels and brigade commanders.

"What do you call this brother?" Xia Yang was retreating, and someone patted Xia Yang on the shoulder.

Xia Yang looked to the side and looked at the man's military rank at first glance, and found that he was only a colonel, just like himself.

" Then this person should be a brigade commander. He doesn't have to worry this time. He will be criticized by the division commanders and army commanders who are at least major generals or brigadier generals.

He looked at the man's face again. He had a resolute face, bright eyes, and a high nose. He looked very young.  If you are walking on the street and are seen by those girls who are just in love, they will definitely tell the handsome man.

¡°I don¡¯t know why, but Xia Yang always feels that the person in front of him looks familiar.  But he couldn't remember exactly where he had seen it.

"Xia Yang, commander of the Fourth Independent Brigade, what is your name?" Xia Yang asked.

The man stretched out his hand, shook hands with Xia Yang and said: "Dai Anlan, commander of the 75th Brigade of the 23rd Division, courtesy name Yan Gong, nice to meet you! Nice to meet you!"

Hearing this person's name, Xia Yang's knees softened and he almost knelt down in front of Dai Anlan.

Dai Anlan, courtesy name Yangong, was born in Wuwei County, Anhui Province, and was a key general of the Huangpu Department.  Since joining the Anti-Japanese War, he has made numerous meritorious service.

In 1939, he was promoted to the commander of the 200th Division, the main division of the Fifth Army. This division was absolutely elite and could also be regarded as the first mechanized division in China at that time.

Since then, General Dai Anlan has participated in dozens of battles and made great achievements.

In 1941, in order to ensure the safety of the Burma Highway, General Dai Anlan began to fight in Burma, which became what we later knew as the "Chinese Anti-Japanese Expeditionary Force"

After entering Myanmar, General Dai Anlan led the soldiers of the 200 Division to resist the Japanese attack that was four times his own during the defense of Donggua and wiped out more than 5,000 Japanese troops.

Subsequently, during the Tonggu Defense War, he led his soldiers to annihilate more than 4,000 Japanese troops and capture more than 400 people.  Achieve national prestige!

The British "Times" said: "What the fate of Donggua will be, we don't care. But the heroic battle of the besieged and defenders against an outnumbered enemy has really added a new page to the glory of the Chinese army!"

Although the 200 Division led by Dai Anlan achieved many victories, the British army fighting in Burma at that time had no good equipment but no combat effectiveness at all, and was constantly defeated by the Japanese army.

By May 1942, the Sino-British Allied Forces began to retreat.

Among them, the large force of the expeditionary force entered the Hukang River Valley, which is also known as "Savage Mountain" by later generations. Tens of thousands of soldiers of the expeditionary force were buried here forever, turning into bones and no one could restrain them!

Dai Anlan's 200 Division was also constantly attacked by the Japanese during its retreat.  General Dai Anlan was also unfortunately shot and seriously injured.

On May 26, 1942, General Dai Anlan died of serious injuries at the age of 38.  Before he died, General Dai still shouted "Counterattack! Counterattack! Long live the motherland!"

In his suicide note to his wife, he said: "Now I am fighting alone, and I will sacrifice everything to repay the country's upbringing! Dying for the country is extremely glorious!"

Later, Chairman Mao wrote a poem "General Seagull Through the Ages" in memory of General Dai Anlan.

"Foreign aggression needs to be defended by others, so the general is given the gift of picking Wei.

The master calls mechanization and seizes the power of the tiger.

??The blood-soaked Donggua guards, driving away the Japanese and returning home auspiciously.

He died on the battlefield, but his ambition was intact.  "

Now, this legendary figure actually appeared in front of him and even talked to him, which made Xia Yang feel flattered.

Dai Anlan stretched out his hand, supported Xia Yang and said, "Brother Xia, are you okay?" (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
