    Shen Qingqing smiled, "Hypocritical? Maybe!"

The warm sun in winter is very warm. Although it has already entered winter, it is still not very cold in the garden. Shen Qingqing and Rong Jingyan sit across from each other, her slender fingertips gently resting on the green ceramic tea cup, giving them a warm feeling.  People enjoy a kind of beauty.

She was playing with the utensils in her hands seriously, while Rong Jingyan held his chin with one hand and stared at Shen Qingqing in front of him seriously.

This is the Shen Qingqing he has never seen before.

She made tea, and he sat aside and watched her. Such happiness was very simple, but it was a luxury for him.

The aroma of tea overflowed. Shen Qingqing held the teacup with two fingers, her expression distant and indifferent, as if she had taken everything lightly.

Shen Qingqing took a sip of tea, and then said calmly, "You came to me today, didn't you just want to talk to me about this?"

Rong Jingyan was stunned for a moment, raised the corner of his mouth slightly, and put down the tea cup in his hand, "Shen Qingqing, if I can give up the Rong family for you, will you stay with me?"

Shen Qingqing shook her head, "No."

    "Why?" Rong Jingyan's eyes dimmed.

"Because you and I can't go back." After saying that, Shen Qingqing just looked quietly at the bright sunshine in the distance with clear eyes.

Rong Jingyan looked at him, then turned his eyes, feeling a twinge in his heart. He uncontrollably stretched out his hand to touch her fair face, but before he even touched her, he saw Shen Qingqing's face full of tears.  She looked at him warily, her voice cold.

"Master Rong, what do you want to do?"

"When did you become so wary of me?" Rong Jingyan's expression softened, "I just want to touch your cheek!"

As he spoke, his warm hands were already gently caressing her pale cheeks, and he tidied up the broken hair that fell on both sides of her cheeks and tucked them behind her ears.

His hands were still as warm as ever, but for some reason, Shen Qingqing felt chilly in her heart.

"Young Master Rong, there is no grass anywhere in the world. I am done with you. Why are you doing this?"

Rong Jingyan smiled slightly, and then said, "I know that no one can change what you have decided!"

"Since you know, then you really shouldn't have come on this trip!" Shen Qingqing said lightly, looking up at Rong Jingyan, "Jingyan, I will bear in mind your kindness to me, but I don't  If I can't be with you, just think that I'm sorry for you, okay? Don't do anything for me anymore!"

Rong Jingyan stared blankly at her eyes as bright as stars, that dazzling brightness seemed to be able to drive away all darkness and sadness.

For a moment, he felt inexplicably moved in his heart, and he seemed to want to keep this moment.

Just like when they first met.

    "Qingqing"

Rong Jingyan called out the name slightly, but as soon as he said it, he was interrupted by Shen Qingqing. She smiled slightly and said, "Jingyan, there is not only love in life, there are many things worth cherishing! I  Family ties have been very weak since I was a child, so I can understand a mother's protectiveness towards her children. Although my aunt has said many unpleasant things to me, I know she is really good for you!"

Rong Jingyan raised his head and looked at Shen Qingqing. Those bright eyes were like morning stars, shining straight into his heart.

So, he smiled slightly¡ª¡ª(remember this website address: www.hlnovel.com
