Su Xia stayed outside the tent for a while, and the surrounding town was quiet.  It was windy at night and quite cold.  Su Xia fell asleep and went into the tent to take a nap.  Several people in the tent were awake, and they were still studying the newly distributed exercises from the martial arts academy with small lights on.  Su Xia took out the military blanket from her backpack, wrapped it around her body, lay down on a bed, and fell asleep without knowing it.

She didn¡¯t know how long she had slept, but Su Xia felt someone nudging her. She opened her eyes and heard the voice of Teacher Qi from this class: "Student Su, get up. I will take you back to your class."

It was still dark inside the tent. With the faint light coming from outside, I could see clearly that several people in the tent were still sleeping. I don¡¯t know when they fell asleep last night.

Su Xia simply packed up and followed Teacher Qi out of the tent.

It was foggy outside and it was not bright at all. Looking at my watch, it was half past four in the morning.

Teacher Qi pointed to the other side of the town and said: "Your class is over there, let's set off now, you follow me. Remember, no matter what happens, don't act rashly, understand?"

Seeing the teacher's serious face, Su Xia didn't dare to ask any more questions and just nodded.

The main street of the town is paved with black stones.  It doesn't hurt your feet when you walk up there, it just feels hot.

Judging from the distance, this main street is about a thousand meters, but Su Xia has been walking behind Teacher Qi for ten minutes and has not yet walked out.

"There is something strange here. The distance is not as far as seen." Su Xia reminded, while taking off the sword hanging from her waist, she held the hilt of the sword with her right hand.  This is the sword-drawing stance.

Teacher Qi glanced at Su Xia and said: "The swordsmanship posture is in place, it's a pity it's a pity, forget it."

"What's a pity?" Su Xia asked hurriedly.

Teacher Qi didn¡¯t answer and kept walking forward, but stopped after taking a few steps. She turned around and looked at Su Xia and asked, ¡°Why do you practice martial arts?¡±

?According to the common saying in this world, martial arts is a weapon against vicious beasts.  In this era of ferocious beast wars, only martial arts can keep people alive.

Su Xia thought for a while and said: "The way of Yuanwu can strengthen the body and allow humans to have superhuman strength and speed. There are many benefits. If you have the conditions, you must practice it. There is no reason not to practice it.  What¡¯s more, martial arts can help people survive in war-torn times.¡±

Teacher Qi looked up at the sky, his eyes seeming to penetrate the dawn mist, trying to see the stars in the sky clearly.

"We are not the only world in this vast universe." Teacher Qi said.

"Of course not otherwise, where would the ferocious beasts come from?" Su Xia said, "Teacher, let's hurry on. I think there is something strange about this black stone road, so we shouldn't stay too long."

"Do you know why our Qihaiwufu left our base and came to this border town?" Teacher Qi asked again.

Su Xia was just about to answer "I don't know" when she saw the teacher suddenly squatting down, holding her knees and crying.

At this time, it was just before five o'clock in the morning. It was dark all around and the streets were quiet, echoing with the female teacher's "woo woo" cry.

"Oldteacher, you" Su Xia didn't expect this, and stood there not knowing what to do.

"The martial arts academydistributes many advanced exercises and martial arts. Do you know why?" Teacher Qi asked crying.

Su Xia thought to herself that she was still asking questions after she was crying like this, but seeing how sad the other party was crying and the tone of her inquiry was persistent, she replied: "Is there going to be a decisive battle across the country, with ferocious beasts or the Southern Qing Kingdom?"

"It's not true." Teacher Qi cried.

Su Xia was waiting for the next step, but the teacher cried very hard and did not continue.

    ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

On a small building on one side of the street, a window was opened.

Su Xia was alert and looked toward the window, vaguely seeing a blurry figure behind the window.

"Teacher, keep on going, there is something weird here." Su Xia reminded in a low voice.

The female teacher just squatted down, her head buried between her legs, her hair hanging down to cover her face, and she didn't reply.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
