Li Yunpeng began to assign tasks the next day. He was worried about any changes over time. After all, the food in the dozen or so granaries was worth fighting for for anyone.

With more than 200,000 points left, Li Yunpeng ordered three teams of soldiers to go out and kill lone zombies. The task was to kill at least 10 zombies each, so that he could recruit another 200 soldiers without using the existing points.

While ordering the remaining soldiers and survivors to prepare vehicles, although the noise of the vehicles risked attracting corpses, it was unrealistic to carry food on their shoulders.

After scattered searches, a total of more than a dozen trucks of various models were found nearby. There were no gas stations nearby, and the diesel collected from the construction site just filled each vehicle.

Fortunately, the base is not far from the grain depot, so it should be enough.

Everything was prepared within one day. Early the next morning, Li Yunpeng took 210 soldiers and 200 young and strong members of the material search team and embarked on the journey to the grain depot.

It is less than 20 kilometers away from the grain depot, but the road is difficult to walk. It took an hour to get there by car.

The convoy did not drive directly to the grain depot, but stopped one kilometer away. Li Yunpeng ordered Li Baiyi to lead 10 soldiers to sneak into the grain depot quietly and occupy the tunnel gate at all costs. The provincial grandsons hid in the tunnel and acted like turtles.

Li Yunpeng led a group of guards on foot to a high ground five hundred meters away from the grain depot to monitor.

Li Baiyi and his party marched specifically in the blind spots of the guard's sight. For a qualified soldier, stealth is a basic skill, and every guard soldier is qualified.

Li Yunpeng saw Li Baiyi and others sneaking into the tunnel through the telescope, and then someone sent an order for the convoy to come over, pick him up and go straight to the grain depot.

The guards left by Huang Hu in the grain depot saw the convoy approaching from a distance and were frightened and hurried back into the tunnel. However, when they entered the entrance of the tunnel, they were greeted by a ruthless rain of bullets from the guards. The guards suddenly opened fire and opened fire.  The guards were caught off guard, and the people in the front row were killed instantly.

The people who were half a step slower saw the sound of gunshots coming from inside, and knew something was wrong. They quickly stopped against the wall. The people who fired the shots inside did not chase them out. There were chasing soldiers in front of them and strong enemies behind them. After weighing the situation, they still had to fight.  Choose to run out of the tunnel.

At this time, more than a dozen trucks were lined up in the grain depot at a time. The soldiers and search team members got out of the vehicles, and their respective captains arranged the formation.

When the people who ran out of the tunnel saw the densely packed soldiers with live ammunition outside, they were instantly frightened to death. Who dared to resist, threw away the weapons in their hands, and squatted on the ground with their heads in their hands.

Li Yunpeng didn¡¯t care about the people who surrendered. His own soldiers would deal with it. He was protected by two teams of soldiers and walked towards the tunnel.

The soldiers in front walked to the corner and rushed inside to signal that they were one of their own to avoid accidental injury. Li Yunpeng went to the gate and saw the bodies of some resisters lying in front and behind Li Baiyi.

Li Yunpeng ordered him to continue guarding the door and led people into the depths of the tunnel. This was a civil air defense project with a reinforced concrete structure. It extended in all directions. Without heavy firepower, they would not be able to get in even if they were exhausted.

¡°Search dispersedly and shoot to death if you encounter resistance.¡± Li Yunpeng ordered.

The soldiers formed groups of five and ran towards each branch.

After a while, sporadic gunfire rang out, and then soldiers came to report and found survivors, and asked Li Yunpeng to go check.

Li Yunpeng walked through two corridors and turned a corner before arriving. He saw two large rooms with many people in them. Men and women were separated. The women's room was better. These people showed no signs of starvation.  Just seeing someone coming, he instinctively shrank into a ball, his eyes showing fear.

Li Yunpeng came to Guan Man's room again, and as soon as he opened the door, a pungent stench hit his face.

He covered his mouth and nose tightly and looked inside. The sight inside was disgusting!  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
