When Huaxi woke up leisurely, the surroundings were pitch dark, so quiet that she could only hear her own breathing. She couldn't help but feel uneasy in her heart. She recalled the scene where Chen Hongxi fainted. She didn't know who was being locked up now, Chen Hongxi or someone else.  people?  Will he just come out of the wolf's mouth and into the tiger's den?  No matter who kidnapped him, if he hasn't appeared yet, it means that he still has value, and it's not time to dispose of him yet.

Gradually adapting to the darkness and suppressing her uneasiness, Huaxi found that she was like a firewood shed. She reached out and touched it, and there seemed to be a pile of dry firewood beside her.

Hua Xi stood up, holding up the hem of her skirt to avoid tripping, and cautiously took a step forward. Her feet stumbled, as if she had stepped on something hard, and her steps were unsteady. With a "pop", she stumbled and fell to the ground.

Huaxi took a breath of cold air and felt a dull pain in her leg. She got up and touched it. There was a sticky feeling on her leg. She seemed to have been cut by a blunt object when she fell.

It was so dark that Huaxi couldn't see the wound clearly, so he had to endure the pain and groped towards the door.

Pulled the door, it was locked.  He moved to the window, pushed down the window, and sealed it.

Through the broken window paper and the thin light of the waning moon, Huaxi saw the courtyard wall directly in front and to the right of the house. There seemed to be a row of big trees on the left. Occasionally, he could hear the rustling of leaves, like silkworms eating the leaves.  It sounds creepy in this deserted courtyard.

Huaxi sat down by the window, hugged her knees with her hands, closed her eyes and memorized the Xiangfang song she had just read from the book two days ago, and waited quietly.

Time passed by minute by second, and just when Huaxi was about to fall asleep, there was a sudden noise in the yard. Huaxi opened her eyes and felt the light of fire flickering outside the window.

    "Is this here?" someone asked.

    "It should be inside."

The door lock clattered to the ground, and the door was kicked open with a bang.

As the firelight came in, Huaxi closed her eyes subconsciously and covered her eyes with her hands, "Who are you?"

"Hua Xi¡ª¡ª" someone called anxiously, "Are you okay?"

Hua Xi blinked, waiting for her eyes to adapt to the bright light, then opened her eyes and hummed, "Ji Xie?"

"How did you get hurt?" Hua Xi didn't notice. Someone was already squatting down beside him. Hearing the sound, he looked up and saw that it was Ouyang Zheng. His face was colder than usual.

Huaxi trembled and said tremblingly: "I accidentally bumped into the pile of firewood and fell. I was scratched by something, and the blood is no longer bleeding." Huaxi pulled the blood-stained skirt back and pulled it back.  .

Ouyang Zheng looked back and saw a blood-stained hatchet next to the pile of firewood. He understood immediately.  He looked at Ji Xie and said, "The person has been found. I will send her back first, and you can inform King Xin."

Ji Xie looked at Hua Xi¡¯s disheveled appearance, then glanced at Ouyang Zheng, and nodded with a sullen face, ¡°Thank you, Prince Ouyang.¡±

    "Um!"

Ji Xie went out.  Ouyang Zheng then whispered a few instructions to a subordinate who followed him, and the man left.

Huaxi was at a loss, what¡¯s going on?  I was kidnapped inexplicably, and before I saw the true faces of the "gangsters", someone came to save me in the blink of an eye?

Ouyang Zheng suddenly grabbed Huaxi's ankles and straightened her legs.  Huaxi was startled and screamed: "What are you doing?"

Ouyang Zheng ignored Huaxi and restrained Huaxi's ankles to prevent her from moving. He waved his hand and asked the accompanying guards to turn around, "Subject to urgency, sorry for any offence! It seems that the hatchet has not been used for a long time. It must be first  Clean the wound."

Huaxi was stunned for a moment, lowered his head and stopped talking.

Ouyang Zheng pulled the hem of Huaxi's skirt up slightly, exposing his injured calf.  The trouser legs were soaked with blood, which had not yet dried up and was a large area of ??red.

Ouyang Zheng frowned, took a dagger from his waist, and cut open some of the injured trousers to expose the wound.  Hua Xi glanced sideways, her legs were covered in blood and she couldn't see the specific situation clearly.

"Wine!" Ouyang Zheng shouted, and someone next to him removed the bag from his waist and handed it to Ouyang Zheng.

Ouyang Zheng took the skin bag, looked at Hua Xi and said, "Be patient, you'll be fine in a while!"

The wine was spilled on the wound, corroding it and making it hot.  Hua Xi made two "hiss" sounds in his mouth, gritting his teeth to prevent himself from screaming.

Sweating broke out all over his body. In order to make himself forget the pain, Huaxi gritted his teeth and hummed: "I didn't expect that the prince would bring wine with him when he went out?"

"I've been injured a lot, so I have to keep it with me."

Huaxi was slightly stunned, is he often injured?

&nbsp?, he said "I'm going down first" and turned over to get out of the car.

Hua Xi curled her lips. It was obvious that he talked more tonight than usual. He didn't seem to say anything. He didn't even have time to ask what happened today. Why did this person suddenly change his face?

Hua Xi reached out and held him, "Wait, I have something to ask you."

Ouyang Zheng paused for a moment without getting out of the car. He sat down next to Huaxi and said, "Say!"

Hua Xi calmed down and said, "Did you know that it was Chen Hongxi who robbed me on the way this afternoon?"

"Your maid was passed out beside the car. When she woke up, she said that it was Chen Er who did this to you" Ouyang Zheng's face became more and more gloomy when he mentioned Chen Hongxi. "When we found him, he was in Luodong Palace, biting  Refuse to admit that he robbed you. Laterit was another group of people."

"I know it wasn't him who came after me. He fainted before I fainted. Humph!" Hua Xi also got angry when he mentioned Chen Er. "Your Majesty, can you tell me who kidnapped me today? Why was you the one who came to save me?  With Ji Seob?"

Huaxi was a little restless. What happened today was too unbelievable. She didn't think that the people who appeared behind her were trying to save her. If they wanted to save her, there was no need to knock herself out.

Ouyang Zheng didn't know what he thought of, and looked a little embarrassed, "You were frightened today, go back and rest earlyTomorrow, someone will tell you the cause and effect of the matter tomorrow."

    "Who? Who will tell me?"

"Anyway, someone will tell you!" Ouyang Zheng was slightly angry and his tone was a little stiff.

Hua Xi shrank his neck, pursed his lips, and muttered: "If you don't want to ask, I won't ask."

Ouyang Zheng looked at Huaxi pouting angrily, and suddenly felt a little uncomfortable. He reached out and touched her head, "Okay, after today, no one will hurt you again. I'll go down and call the woman up first. You  Squint in the car for a while."

Huaxi was stunned, not understanding what he meant.

Ouyang Zheng curled his lips almost imperceptibly, turned over and got out of the car.

The car curtain suddenly flickered and fell down, and Huaxi was stunned. Thinking of Ouyang Zheng's actions, her cheeks that had just calmed down turned red again.

Ouyang Zheng got out of the car, and a woman in her forties got into the car. She said hello to Huaxi cautiously, and knelt in front of Huaxi, as if she was listening to Huaxi's orders.

After all the trouble just now, Huaxi no longer had the energy to talk to her, so he told the woman not to be cautious and pointed to the seat next to her for her to sit down.

Lifting his eyes and looking through the car window, it was pitch black outside. Huaxi was in a daze and only heard Ouyang Zheng's deep voice of "Let's go."  The carriage moved, and she was very tired. She lay on her back on the quilt. The quilt under her body was freshly dried and fluffy, as if it smelled of sunshine

Huaxi smiled, slowly closed her eyes, and fell asleep (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
