She was almost coerced into getting into the car, and Shi Yimo quickly fastened her seat belt. This time the Tang Dynasty was traveling at an even speed, but she still nervously pulled on the armrest above her head.

She squinted at the man's noble posture and asked, "Where are you taking me?"

Tang Chao didn't answer, lying lazily in the cab, controlling the steering wheel with one hand and letting it rest on the window lattice with the other hand. This look was so damn elegant.

Shi Yimo pursed her lips. After confirming that he would not speed up the car, she withdrew her hand from the handlebar. She raised her hand to straighten her scattered hair and looked forward with anxiety.

About ten minutes later, the car drove into a European-style manor. What came into view were rows of orange ginkgo trees. A faint halo of light interspersed with them. A slight breeze picked up, and the ginkgo leaves flew sideways and fell, brushing against the car body.  Then it spun a few times in mid-air.

Shi Yimo¡¯s bad mood was dispelled by this scene. Tang Chao focused on the front and could not see anything unusual.

The car entered the underground tunnel of the manor, and the staggered landscape lights on the wall illuminated the man's handsome face, which flickered in the light and dark, containing another mysterious charm.

Approaching the end of the tunnel, the shadows on the two people's faces were swept away, and they were surrounded by a white halo. When all the cars were on the ramp, what came into the eye was a European pastoral-style pavilion with trusses in the center of the manor.

    Everything here seems so mysterious.

There are two rows of pavilion doorways, and four young men in black uniforms stand side by side. They have stern expressions and solemn expressions on their faces, and they don't look like they are easy to mess with.

Tang Chao stopped the car, took off his seat belt and "get out of the car."

After Shi Yimo, he followed the consciousness. The Tang Dynasty plunged his pocket with one hand, stepped on the steps, across the steps, and tied the two rows of young men to bend over, "Shao Dong's family."

The loud voices spoke in unison, Shi Yi silently tugged on the tight front shoulder bag, and threw the Tang Dynasty car keys directly to the middle-aged man in the lead, "Where is the old man?"

The middle-aged man looked away from Shi Yimo and said respectfully, "The Lord is in the hall, and all the elders are here, waiting for the Young Master's family."

Tang Chao nodded and stretched out his long legs. Someone wanted to stop Shi Yimo who was about to follow, but was stopped by the middle-aged man with a look.

Shi Yimo felt that all the eyes staring at her were full of murderous intent. She tightened her bag and followed in Tang Chao's footsteps.

The man returned to his usual composure, his narrow eyes were sinister and sharp, no longer the gentle and tender look he had when getting along with her.

They came to a six-meter-high red-painted door. The young men standing on both sides with their hands behind their backs called the young master, and then pushed open the door with their big white-gloved hands.

As the gap in the center of the double doors widened, pairs of serious eyes came out from inside. In the 100-square-meter space, it looked like a general conference hall decoration. Several elderly people were sitting on a conference table about five meters long.  In front of them, everyone seemed to be crowding around the man in his sixties at the end of the cross section, but there were not a few strands of silver hair in sight.

Seeing the tall figure at the door, dozens of old people on both sides of the long table stood up and said, "Young Master."

Tang Chao responded softly, looking across the crowd to look at Chen Zhenlin, who was the only one sitting. The two pairs of obsidian pupils were both unpredictable, and their auras were almost consistent.

Tang Chao curled up his thin lips, and instead of adding warmth to his cold handsome face, he became even more ruthless.

He strode forward, kicked aside the black leather chair next to Chen Zhenlin and took a seat. Shi Yimo, who had been blocked behind him just now, was now standing alone at the door, being made to tremble by the looks of shock.  .

In the imperial court, she had seen many big scenes, and she could always remain calm and composed at first, but now in a scene like this, a chill ran down her tailbone for no reason.  Her intuition told her that each of these people was more complicated than the last. Not everyone could give them the kind of domineering power that would make people suffocate just by going to this station.

"Is this the woman brought by the young master's family?" Someone looked over in surprise. Tang Chao took a cigarette from his pocket. The door behind Shi Yimo slammed shut, blocking the light that poured in. There was no lamp in the hall.  Naturally, his vision is no brighter than before.

The platinum lighter was opened with a clang, and the man's handsome face became more and more ferocious as it burned with ice-blue flames.

With the smoke star lit, he closed the lighter cover and threw the package of red rivers on the table. The heating was on in the room, and the female subordinate standing behind him came over to take off Tang Chao's coat.

Shi Yimo was struggling to move forward. After several hesitations, she still took small steps toward the man. When she stopped close to him, she suddenly noticed the coagulated blood on his white shirt.

Chen Zhenlin frowned slightly, "Who hurt you?"

The volume was thundering and the decibels were extremely high. Shi Yimo's face turned pale. If she remembered correctly,The wounds were her masterpiece just now.

Tang Chao didn¡¯t take it seriously, and the tobacco smoke drew a streak of smoke from the inside of his nose, ¡°This little injury won¡¯t kill you.¡±

"Ah Chao." Chen Zhenlin glanced at Shi Yimo, "I'll ask Doctor Fu to bandage you."

Tang Chao didn't say anything. Chen Zhenlin quickly ordered someone to call the family doctor. He rolled up his sleeves and saw that Shi Yimo's teeth marks on them were blurred by blood. She had no idea that she would bite so hard at that time, and neither did he.  She cried out that it hurt, but she just pretended that it was okay.

Chen Zhenlin has always loved his grandson, "Who bit him like this? He is a dog!"

As soon as he slapped the table, the tea cup in front of him suddenly shook, making Shi Yimo tremble in fright.

The shock she received today was quite serious.

Seeing that Dr. Fu had bandaged it properly, Tang Chao rolled up the edge of his other sleeve, and the smoke circled in his mouth before drifting out. With that gesture, he obviously didn't take what Chen Zhenlin said seriously.

He pulled up a chair for Shi Yimo to sit down, and so many pairs of cannibal eyes were looking at her.  Everyone knows that every time there is a meeting, the young master and his attendants dare not sit down, let alone bring a woman over.

    Nonsense.

"Ah Chao, who is this woman?"

This time, Chen Zhenlin repeated the other person¡¯s question.

Tang Chao¡¯s thin lips curved slightly, ¡°I picked it up on the road.¡±

Chen Zhenlin raised his eyebrows in displeasure, "No one is allowed to sit in the seat next to you. This rule cannot be broken today!"

The man inhaled a puff of smoke, and the scarlet red from the sparks penetrated Tang Chao's narrow night eyes. The pupils of the two elders sitting opposite him flickered, because there was too much haze in the sharp foreshadowing in the man's eyes.

Shi Yimo was sitting on pins and needles, her face was completely pale, but her hands under the table were tightly twisted together, betraying her pretense of calmness.

She didn¡¯t know why Tang Chao brought her to a place like this.

He put the cigarette butt in the ashtray and said, "This rule must be changed in the future. No one can sit next to me except her."

"What?" Everyone was extremely shocked. Their sharp eyes were directed at Shi Yimo, as if they wanted to tear her apart.

Everyone who is around Chen Zhenlin knows that Tang Chao has always been dismissive of women. None of the women who had fantasies about him ended up well. There has never been a woman who has the ability to make him make an exception.

Chen Zhenlin was also dumbfounded, "Ah Chao, don't tell grandpa that you love this woman?"

As soon as these words came out, everyone was dumbfounded. Even Shi Yimo, who was fidgeting, quickly turned his eyes away and glanced sideways at the man's handsome profile in astonishment.

Everybody wants to see what¡¯s going on on his face.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
