Her pretty face is covered with blush, and the warm sun wraps her body in white snow from behind. She is full of vitality without makeup, blooming under his narrow phoenix eyes.

    "How did you come?"

He hid the flash in his eyes, his tone was cold, and he turned around and sat directly on the office chair. The desk across from him opened the distance between the two of them, as if they were across the ocean.

Shi Yimo held her breath, walked toward him with her feet raised, and held both ends of the desk steady with her palms. In Tang Chao's unpredictable eyes, her eyes were firm.

"I received a call from the boss of the traffic station, and I changed from an intern to an official anchor!"

He raised his left lip and casually took out a cigarette from the cigarette case on the table. He opened and closed the platinum lighter several times.

His thick eyebrows were raised contemptuously, "Then I have to congratulate you." He lit up the cigarette and hid the anger in his half-squinted eyes.

"Mr. Tang, it was you who did it!"

She raised her voice, trying to see something unusual in his eyes, but to no avail.

Tang Chao threw the cigarette butt into the ashtray, "Momo, did you come here specifically to thank me?"

He chuckled, his long vertebrae resting on the back of the chair, and the aura overflowing from his bones was so noble that she inexplicably clenched her fists.

"Gao Weiling died in a car accident!"

    "so what?"

His eyes were calm, the cigarette holder was slightly pushed into his thin lips, and his deep black eyes were full of teasing.

"So!" She spoke loudly and gritted her teeth, "It was you who killed him!"

"No, I can't afford such a big sin."

Shi Yimo's eyes were bright, filled with anger he had never seen before, "Mr. Tang, you can't cover the sky with just one hand."

When he opened the corners of his lips, the cigarette stuck out of his mouth, and his contemptuous eyes were revealed without scruples. Shi Yimo frowned, only to find that his obsidian eyes were several layers deeper.

"Momo, you should understand that a cat can never defeat a tiger."

His tone was low and elegant, and he was clearly smiling, but Shi Yimo's spine actually stiffened.

She tried her best to steady her breathing, and Tang Chao spit out all the tobacco on her face. The smile on the corner of his mouth grew stronger and stronger. There was no sympathy on that handsome face, only ruthlessness.

He pressed the phone on the table with his index finger, "Jerry, come in and see the guests off!"

She opened her eyes, "Mr. Tang, I haven't finished speaking yet!"

Her panicked eyes were full of Tang Chao's deliberately drunken smile. Two men in black suits broke in and grabbed her excited and struggling body.

"This is a society governed by the rule of law. You cannot abuse your power. God is watching what you do, Mr. Tang!"

Tang Chao gracefully turned around the office chair. The cold black leather chair was facing away from her, causing the air in the room to become chilly.

She tried her best to stare at the back of his head, "Mr. Tang, please allow me to say the last word, Mr. Tang!"

The door was mercilessly slammed in front of her eyes, and Shi Yimo was thrown out of the building by two people. She lay on the ground, with some skin on her arms, and the look in her eyes was still stubborn.

"Tang Chao, I will never admit defeat!"

In the office, the cigarette in Tang Chao's hand was more than half burned, and the smoke covered his handsome face, and his bottomless eyes were full of violence.

He turned his back to the desk and looked out from the glass wall of the building, half of the city's blueprint was visible.

A sweet voice came out from the phone in the room: "Brother, second brother is awake."

He didn¡¯t care, his distant eyes closed as the smoke covering the surroundings bloomed in this mottled world.

"Brother, aren't you here? The phone is not working, brother?"

"Then came Chen Guiyun's voice, "Ah Chao, Ah He, he's awake. Come to the hospital when you get the message. Your grandpa just called and said he would come over. Mom is afraid that your grandpa will get angry again."

After being immersed in it for a long time, he lazily turned around, crushed the cigarette butt in the ashtray, stood up, put one hand into his trouser pocket, and walked out of the door.

At three o'clock in the afternoon, the sun was shining brightly. Shi Yimo was walking alone on the street, her face flushed with heat, but she still couldn't find her direction.

She just wanted to walk around.

She just walked slowly into the urban park. Under the boulevard, the shadows of the dancing trees were photographed, and her lips were full of smiles.

Tired from walking, she sat on the bench under the big tree, not noticing the elderly man next to her. She looked not far away, where several three or four-year-old children were playing, and their mother sat aside.  .

Tang Hong stared at the children without squinting. His eagle eyes were full of kindness. What echoed in his mind was the appearance of his three grandchildren when they were young. Tang DynastyHis temperament has been unpredictable since he was a child, and only Tang He and Tang Meng were close to him.

He sighed helplessly, put up his crutches and was about to leave, when he suddenly saw a child falling to the ground. The parents who were so engrossed in the conversation did not notice the child's crying. Tang Hong walked slowly towards the little boy, and then took two steps.  An elbow suddenly stopped in front of him.

He turned his face dullly and saw Shi Yimo's indifferent expression, "He has his own hands and feet, he doesn't need anyone to support him."

Tang Hong was stunned, and he was in a dilemma. The little boy cried louder and louder. He lay on the ground and beat himself up, as if he wanted his parents to help him up.

Shi Yimo raised his eyebrows and looked on with cold eyes. There was a hint of surprise in Tang Hong's eyes.

Afterwards, seeing that no one was paying attention to him, the little boy's crying subsided, he got up aggrievedly, ran into the group of friends and started laughing.

Tang Hong finally cracked his lips and smiled, and Shi Yimo's voice, as calm as Qiu Ju's, came to his ears.

"A person can only learn to be strong when he is isolated and helpless. Otherwise, he will always be dependent on others, never see the cruelty of this world, and will never be able to defeat cruelty!"

No one is someone else¡¯s twenty-four filial piety. If you fall, please learn to stand up on your own!

This was a girl Tang Hong met by chance. He couldn't help but feel awe of her, as if something had been picked up again. How could he forget that he was a soldier. Even if he retired for many years, he should still retain the majesty of the past.  No matter who the other party is.

She said no more, walked to the nearby canteen and asked for two bottles of mineral water, and handed one to Tang Hong.

"Drink more water on hot days."

It was as if what happened just now had never happened. Shi Yimo sat back on the stool to have a drink. To her, this might be a trivial matter, but Tang Hong remembered it in her heart.

He who was about to leave also sat back and took a closer look at her: "Little girl, have you taken care of the child?"

She put down the bottle, shook her head and said, "I don't have a boyfriend yet."

When it comes to her boyfriend, she wears a gloomy look.

    "Haha, really?"

Tang Hong couldn¡¯t hide the smile lines at the corners of his eyes. Girls like this are hard to find nowadays.

Shi Yimo smiled bitterly, said nothing, drank the remaining water in one gulp, tightened the lid and threw it into the trash can. She stood up and prepared to leave.

Tang Hong couldn¡¯t wait to call her, ¡°Little girl, what¡¯s your name?¡±

Shi Yimo paused and gently left a sentence: "In life, we don't need to remember the name of every passerby. Goodbye, grandpa!"

Looking at her retreating back, Tang Hong refused to look away for a long time.

After a long time, he sighed helplessly, "What a wonderful girl. It's a pity that our Tang family is not so lucky."

He didn¡¯t go out on time, so the housekeeper came and said, ¡°Old man, you should go to the hospital.¡±

Tang Hong immediately covered up the kindness in his pupils and put on a dignified look. He paced his staff and snorted, "I want to see how that beast explains it to me."

The housekeeper buried his head in embarrassment, and Tang Hong hurried forward on crutches.

    "Old man, please slow down."

"I can't slow down. I can't slow down when I'm thinking about that beast."

It was not difficult to tell that Tang Hong was angry, but when he went out to the park, he saw Shi Yimo waiting for the bus across the road, and a flash of Liuhua flashed across the road, and a lot of the anger on his vigorous face was wiped away.

Perhaps, he should change his attitude.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
