    ?

In the middle of the night, everything is silent.

On the bed, Yu Zhe slept deeply, but Qu Wanni still had her eyes open.  She couldn't sleep, and when she remembered the conversation between An and Bai Haoxuan downstairs, she felt inexplicably worried.

It turns out that Bai Haoxuan also received an invitation letter from Drew, so his relationship with Drew or Ann is probably unusual?

Judging from their conversation, Ann should be on Bai Haoxuan's side, so she and Yu Zhe

She felt that she should have a good talk with Bai Haoxuan.

Qu Wanni woke up before dawn the next day, while Yu Zhe was still sleeping.

She got up from the bed, changed her clothes lightly, and went downstairs.

Bai Haoxuan also seemed to wake up very early, as soon as she passed his door, she saw him trotting back from outside the house.  A white sweat towel was hung around his neck, and the blue and white sweatshirt still had slightly wet sweat stains, obviously from going to exercise.

"Morning!" he greeted her with a smile.

She also smiled at him, walked into the hall and poured him a glass of warm water.

He happily took the cup she handed over, and drank it in one gulp.

    "Slow down." She reminded kindly.

He really slowed down, looking at her while drinking.

After a while, he drank up the full water. He was about to take it to wash, but she snatched it and washed it for him.

"Wan Ni?" For some reason, he was flattered.

She glanced at him, but didn't explain anything.  After washing the cup, she put it back in its original place and walked out the door.

The air in the morning is really good, and there is a faint fragrance of green leaves all around, which makes people feel comfortable.  The morning dew on the leaves has not yet dissipated, and the sun shines, shining like pearls on the dewdrops.

"Wan Ni?" Bai Haoxuan suddenly caught up.

She stopped in her tracks and turned around suddenly.

"Let's have breakfast together?" He seemed to be looking forward to it.

She thought for a while, "Okay."

    He laughed again.

In the restaurant kitchen of the main house of the manor, the cooks began to be busy early in the morning.  Although the workers here don't have to get up early to work, it is fun to have a delicious breakfast.

It is estimated that they are the first guests to wake up, and there is no one else in the whole hall except them.  So they chose a seat with a particularly good environment, next to the floor-to-ceiling windows, and they could enjoy the scenery as soon as they turned their heads.

Bread is an indispensable staple food in breakfast, and the cook enthusiastically brought it to them as soon as he saw them sitting down.

"In the few days when I first came to New Zealand, I didn't know they had a habit of eating bread, so I kept asking them for butter and jam, and they were all surprised." As before, as long as I was with her, Bai Haoxuan would always be able to  Find topics in small things.

"Oh? What habit?" Qu Wanni blinked.

He scooped a spoonful of sauce from the utensil on the table and spread it on the slice of bread, and then said: "This is called 'Mamet', which is a kind of nutrient that is not fat but rich in iron.  It's weird, like licking iron. Try it." He handed her a slice of bread.

She took a bite and couldn't help frowning, as expected

"However, if you eat it slowly for a long time, you will find it delicious. And everyone here likes to drink iced milk. When eating oatmeal, you must use iced milk to soak it. Once it is hot, the crunchy feeling will be lost.  It's gone," he said, pouring milk into her cereal bowl.

She smiled, and couldn't help asking: "Where did you know this?"

"Ann told me." He didn't seem to mind disclosing his friendship with Ann.

"Oh" She nodded meaningfully, and then asked: "Haoxuan, do you know An's father very well?"

Bai Haoxuan was taken aback, "Why do you ask that?"

"You also got that invitation letter, right?" She looked at him, and remembered the conversation between him and Ann that she heard last night.

Bai Haoxuan was silent at first, but finally nodded.

"I got the invitation letter, and it was a week earlier than you."

It turned out that she just remembered that he came a week earlier than them, and during that time, she and Yu Zhe were attending Qu Jiarui's funeral in Hong Kong, and he did beat them!

"However, Yu Zhe also got it, didn't he? Now, the five invitation letters should be sent out. There are two more than the original ones." Listening to his tone, it seemed that he knew who the other three would fall into.  hand-like.

Qu Wanni drank a few more mouthfuls of cereal, hesitating what to ask him next.

&nbsServe all the dishes on the plate and arrange them one by one on the table.  Those were Yu Zhe's favorite dishes.

Time passed by, and she lay down beside the table, not knowing how long she had been waiting, she was so hungry and tired.  But Yuzhe didn't come back, she was alone and couldn't handle chopsticks by herself.

The sky was getting dark again, and when the last rays of the setting sun fell below the horizon, the entire sky was eclipsed.

She waited anxiously, so she got up and walked outside the door, looking around.

Yu Zhe didn't bring his mobile phone, and when he went out, he didn't even bring his keys.

She didn't have Drew's number, so she could only call Gu Jianbin to ask about Yuzhe's current situation.  But not long after, Gu Jianbin said that Yuzhe had never looked for Drew.  Surprised, she was disappointed again, so she sat under the street lamp, rubbed her hands, and continued to wait.

This is the southern hemisphere, and the seasons are just opposite to those in Hong Kong. Whenever the wind blows, you will be shivering with cold.

Eight o'clock, nine o'clock, ten o'clock She kept looking at her watch, feeling more and more flustered.  At 10:09, a tall man finally appeared at the corner of the intersection, wearing a close-fitting suit jacket.  It was his attire when he went out, and her eyes suddenly lit up.

"Zhe" She stood up, holding on to the light pole, feeling very excited.

Yu Zhe's steps were a little unsteady, wobbly, like a dragon dance, but fortunately he could still tell the direction.  She hastily stepped forward to support him, smelling the smell of alcohol all over his body, her heart was quite cold.

"Why do you drink so much alcohol? Did you fail once in a while? What does it matter?" She couldn't help but blame.

He looked at her, but didn't answer.

She helped him into the room, the food on the table had long since lost its temperature, Yu Zhe took a look, and then said: "You didn't eat?"

But she didn't admit it, "I ate a little. Have you eaten? If you haven't eaten, I'll help you heat it up."

He observed her expression suspiciously, and frowned slightly: "Don't lie if you haven't eaten! Sit down!" He pushed her away, pulled the chair out from the table, and pressed her on it.

"I go to heat" He said, picked up the plate and walked to the kitchen.

She stood up worried again, afraid that he would break the plate if he became unstable, and that he would be stabbed by the fragments.  But Yu Zhe walked to the kitchen safely, and put the dishes on the counter safely.

Just as he was about to start a fire, his stomach suddenly churned, and he hurried to the pool, clutching his chest and throwing up.

She was terrified, and ran behind him to pat him on the back.

Since she married him, this is the first time she has seen Yuzhe drunk like this!  She is so heartbroken!

"I'll help you upstairs, I've really eaten it! You believe me!" She couldn't help but pull him out of the kitchen and walk towards the stairs.

After he went to bed, she took off his shoes and loosened his trousers.  He got relaxed, and as soon as he turned around, he curled up under the quilt and fell asleep.

She guarded him for a while, and when she was about to get up, she heard the phone vibrate.

She looked over and saw that it was Ann's call.

    "Hello?" She pressed to answer.

On the other end of the phone, Ann's voice was particularly bright at this moment.

    "Has Yuzhe gone back?"

Qu Wanni frowned suddenly, she never thought that he would hang out with this woman before!  Despite her heartache, she still answered her question: "I just came back."

An breathed a sigh of relief, and then said: "Don't mind, he just went to the bar to drink in a bad mood, and I happened to bump into him. But, Wan Ni, your bid this time is too ridiculous!"

Hearing this, Qu Wanni was even more curious.

"How absurd? Are those plans unrealistic?" She never thought that someone would describe what they thought was an excellent project in this way, and she couldn't help being a little angry.

But Ke An shook his head, "It's not that it's unrealistic, but why is that bid written almost exactly the same as Bai Haoxuan's? Isn't that plagiarism?"

With a "bang", these words hit Qu Wanni like a thunderbolt from the blue, impartially!  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
