    ?Farmers cultivate, regard the garden as their children, and always care about it.  Even though he is ill and unable to work, he still goes to the fields for a walk.

    There is a line in my poem: "Planting rice seedlings in spring, and harvesting rice in autumn. I envy Mr. Liu, and those who want to support the plowing columbine." It is the longing for the fields to plant in spring and harvest in autumn, and to live in peace and nature.  Why is there such yearning?  It is because I know a thing or two about farming that I can understand how farmers feel about their fields and seedlings.  Is this longing from the heart?  If I was really allowed to work in the fields, how long could I last?  My answer: I don't know.  This is my inner conflict, a war between heaven and man.  Besides, Tian's family, is he really that happy?  not necessarily.  There is joy in the Tian family, but there are also many sufferings.

    I, who is contradictory, and Tian's family, who are alternately bitter and happy, will have troubles.

    When afflictions arise, suffering follows.

    This is called life.

    The Buddhists have a thorough view of life, and divide the sufferings of life into categories, which are called "seven sufferings" or "eight sufferings".  What are the seven sufferings?  Birth is suffering, old age is suffering, illness is suffering, death is suffering, separation from loved ones is suffering, meeting hatred and hatred is suffering, and not getting what you want is suffering.  What about Baku?  It is to add the five yin blazing sufferings after the seven sufferings.

    Below, based on my layman's humble opinion, I will describe in detail the eight hardships of life.

    Life is bitter.  It can also be divided into the pain of conception, the pain of seed, the pain of growth, and the pain of birth.

    If human life is divided into stages such as pregnancy, childbirth, growth, aging, and death, then the suffering of life is the period from conception to birth.

    First of all, it should be noted that the "life" suffering in Buddhism is not the "life" of "long life", but the "life" of "birth", or the "life" of "production".

    Secondly, in my opinion, the so-called "bitterness" here is just the wishful thinking of the Buddhist school.  Actually, this suffering is not really suffering.  Why do you say that?  The ancients said that a person's adulthood is formed by "the essence of the father and the blood of the mother".  When the mother is conceived, the one who suffers is the mother, not the baby.

    After the mother's body is conceived, the mother has to suffer from pregnancy reactions, inconvenient movement, abdominal pain during labor, and birth All the pains of "birth" are in the mother's body.  The Buddhists say that life is suffering, and they talk about the baby and not the mother. It is foolish to think that there is a suspicion of putting the cart before the horse.

    Third, the Buddhist understanding of life and suffering seems to be based on the assumptions of adults.  The Buddhist so-called suffering in the mother's womb before delivery is unreasonable.

    In addition, there may be suffering from birth.  However, the baby falling into the grass is still ignorant. Even if there is suffering, it is difficult to understand deeply.  Using this kind of "suffering in life" without memory and vague perception to explain that life is a sea of ??suffering is a bit weak.

    Therefore, it is said that life is suffering, which seems to be negligible.

    Old and bitter.  Buddhists say that there are two kinds of suffering: one is growth, and the other is destruction.

    Among the sufferings of life, there is also the term "growth", which refers to the growth process in the mother's body after conception.  In the midst of old age, the so-called growth is actually the process of aging.  The so-called pain of growth refers to the pain of gradually declining energy, loss of beauty, and inconvenient movement. This pain is caused by the contrast with the youth.  In fact, it is a natural process. Therefore, if you feel this pain just by comparing, you are also asking for trouble.

    The so-called "destruction" is not far from growth, that is, "prosperity fades away, the spirit is depleted, the life is getting worse day by day, and gradually decays", it can be ignored.

    Suffering.  This Suffering Buddha School is well divided.  It is called physical disease, and it is called heart disease.

    Although Buddhists have a proper division of illness and suffering, they are inaccurate.  The Buddhist theory of physical illness and mental illness separates the two from life to life, and it seems that the connection between the two cannot be seen.  There are diseases that arise from the body and affect the mind; there are also those that arise from the mind and cause harm to the body.  The common body is related to the body and mind, so there is no reason why the body and mind are irrelevant.

    Sickness is one of the great hardships in life.  Minor ailments and pains are unbearable to humans, how about incurable diseases?  Unable to live, unable to die, tormented every day, both physically and mentally painful, the suffering is unbearable!

    The so-called heart disease, the Buddhists call it distress and sorrow, which is the cause of things not going well.  This may be described as a little suffering.

    Death is bitter.  The so-called suffering of death, Buddhists don't refer to death from illness or sudden death.

    The suffering of illness and death lies in the physical pain and spiritual fear before death.  This natural death.

    ?Urgent death refers to the suffering of water and fire, swords, horses, car injuries, hanging beams, poisoning, etc., the so-called "hot blood burns the heart".  This is an abnormal death.

    Death can be called suffering, one is the attitude towards death, and the other is the process of death.

    If one has a thorough understanding of life and death, and regards death as belonging to one's home, one's heart will not be afraid of death, and the pain of death can be reduced.

    The process of death, no matter whether it is death from illness or sudden death, is only short and painful.sp; Having said that, I can make a conclusion. Birth, old age, sickness, and death are the four major sufferings that all arise from nature. There is no one who does not suffer from these four kinds of sufferings in life.  Even if you live in Buddhism, you can't hide it, you can only endure it for life.  Those who hope, in this life, keep fasting and recite the Buddha's name, and devote themselves to cultivation, so as to become immortals and Buddhas, and get rid of the flesh, so that they can be liberated.  However, life is short, and it may be too late to have fun, who can suffer.  What's more, even if you have suffered so much, you can't escape the four sufferings in this life. Looking forward to the afterlife, or even more distant unknowns, how can ordinary people like me wait?

    ?Parting from love is suffering, resentment and hatred are suffering, and not getting what you want is suffering. These three sufferings are all born of love, and the way to save them lies in the word "few desires".  Easier said than done.  How many people envy the kindness and hatred.  In my opinion, there is no need to be "few desires". Repaying kindness with kindness and complaining with resentment, who doesn't want to be comfortable in life?  It is to become a Buddha and an immortal, without going through the three sufferings, how can you understand the world?

    The five yin are flaming and bitter.  This suffering is actually a summary of the seven sufferings.  The five skandhas are form, feeling, thought, action, and consciousness.  The color is what the eyes see; the receiver is the perception of the heart; thinking is what the brain thinks about; action is what the body moves; consciousness is what the heart sees.  Bewildered by seeing color, this color is not only female sex, the so-called "one who blinds people"; the heart feels pain and joy, and sighs for obedience and disobedience;  If you are confused or awake, who has insight?  The suffering of life is all in it.  The five yins are flaming, which is the source of suffering.

    There are eight hardships in life, so far in detail.  Those who talk about it in detail are also joking.  smile!
