    ?

Pei Jing called Xiaoxiao's name one after another, seeing that she hadn't responded, she had no choice but to be cruel, and twisted the child a little.  The child was startled suddenly and began to cry loudly.

The cry of "Wah-wah" pulled Xiaoxiao's sanity back a little, she held her eyelids with difficulty, and raised her hand towards the child.  Pei Jing hurriedly put the child into Xiaoxiao's arms.

Xiaoxiao almost exhausted his last strength, holding the child tightly in his arms.  There was a smile on the corner of her mouth, and then she passed out again.

Pei Jing stayed by Xiaoxiao's side for a whole night.  All rescue measures have been used, but they always seem to be unable to recover.  Even if Xiaoxiao didn't open her eyes, Pei Jing could sense that she still missed her husband, family, and this newborn child.  She doesn't want to leave at all, she just wants to stay in this world.

Early in the morning, Xiaoxiao jumped up suddenly, and shouted in a very clear voice: "Dad! Mom!"

Pei Jing hurriedly comforted her: "Smile, I'm here, don't be afraid, I'm here."

Xiaoxiao turned her head slowly and glanced at Pei Jing. She realized that she was still in the hospital, and what she saw just now was just a phantom.  She let out a long sigh, tears streaming down her face.

Pei Jing said: "Smile, don't worry, I have asked someone to look for your parents in the shelter hospital, and there will be news soon."

Smiling and waving his hands, he was too weak to speak, and then fell into a long coma.  God did not take care of this poor mother, and Xiaoxiao's breathing disappeared little by little.

Pei Jing couldn't help holding her hand and calling her name.  She always felt that like just now, the situation where the electrocardiogram jumped again might happen inadvertently.

However, the sound of the machine beeping made Pei Jing's head "buzz".  The doctor on the side lowered his hand, and said regretfully to Pei Jing: "We really tried our best."

Pei Jing was taken aback for a moment, and then let out an uncontrollable sob from her throat.  She couldn't believe it, a person who was fine a few days ago can't be saved now?

And she is obviously a doctor herself, but she is so powerless by Xiaoxiao's side, she can't even keep Xiaoxiao's life at all!

Pei Jing felt very painful in her heart, almost at the moment the doctor announced, all her hopes were shattered

She hugged the child and overlapped Xiaoxiao's hand with the child's. She didn't know if there was a tacit understanding, but the child suddenly burst into tears with a "wow".

The child's mouth opened like a clam shell, pouted in aggrieved manner, and cried very sadly.  Pei Jing hugged the child and lay on Xiaoxiao's body, crying so hard that she couldn't breathe

After a while, several nurses came over and wanted to push Xiaoxiao to the basement first.  Pei Jing hugged the child and walked to the bed, her eyes were red, and she slowly covered the white cloth with Xiaoxiao herself.

Her eyebrows and eyes are still so quiet, as if all the experiences just now are just Pei Jing's illusion.  Pei Jing trembled, finally shook Xiaoxiao's hand, and murmured: "You can go at ease, I will take care of the child and hand it over to your family."

The voice just fell, and the tears flowed down again.  Her hands are cold, only the tears are warm.

The hospital bed was pushed into the elevator, and the moment the door closed, Pei Jing seemed to see the scene of a group of people huddled together in the dormitory when they were in college.

Xiaoxiao at that time, her at that time, and the youthful years they experienced together

I couldn't tell what it was like, but a chill filled Pei Jing's heart little by little.

The sound of the elevator rising and falling made Pei Jing tremble all over.  After all, she couldn't help but squatted down in the corridor, crying bitterly (Remember this site's website: www.hlnovel.com
