    ?

Watching the news in the morning, one after another, patients with mild symptoms have recovered and been discharged from the shelter hospital.  Qian Jian turned off the TV, breathed a sigh of relief, put his mobile phone in his pocket, took a cloth bag, and prepared to go downstairs to the supermarket in the community to buy vegetables.

These days, he is busy driving around to pick up medical staff and the elderly for free, but he doesn't take good care of himself at home.  Today he specially gave himself a short vacation to spend time with his family.

In the past, the supermarkets in the community had a wide variety of products, and they had everything they wanted.  In Qian Jian's memory, he hasn't been in a supermarket for a long time since years ago.  When he was shopping in full gear, he realized that many counters in the supermarket were empty.

There are fewer vegetables and the like, but fortunately, there are fresh dishes donated from all provinces and cities across the country.  Qian Jian turned around and saw cucumbers from Guizhou Province, baby vegetables from Sichuan Province, and picked a handful of leeks from Eastern Province, and bought a few eggs from the others, but he could still cook a few more.  A decent meal.

The road in the community has already been covered with fallen leaves, making a rustling sound under the feet.  Qian Jian walked all the way with the groceries he had bought, thinking that he could finally have a meal for his wife and children today, so he was very happy.

When he walked outside the unit door, Qian Jian suddenly saw a hunchbacked old man arguing with the security guard.  Looking from the back, the old man has few hairs left, and he doesn't wear any decent clothes. He looks disheveled.

"I'm sorry, you don't have an ID card, and you don't live in this community, so I really can't let you in casually. This is a special period, please forgive me." The security guard took off his hat and said helplessly.

"That won't work. I've inquired. My cousin's son, that is, my eldest nephew, lives in this building! I must see him. If you don't let me in, I'll stay on the ground."  !¡± The old man said tremblingly, feeling a little excited.

Qian Jian didn't think this person came to look for him. He thought it was probably a homeless man from outside. During the closure of the city, he had no place to live for a while, so he just found an excuse to sneak in.

He hurriedly took out his mobile phone and looked through the volunteer group, wanting to ask in the volunteer group to see if he could arrange a place for the old man.

"There is really no nephew of yours here, I'd better send you out, don't make a fuss." The security guard persuaded him in a good voice, hoping that the old man could understand their work.

Just as Qian Jian lowered his head to send a message in the group, and turned his head to leave, he heard a vague question from the old man's mouth: "Is it Ah Jian? I'm your second uncle Qian Luda!"

Hearing this, Qian Jian stopped abruptly, raised his head in astonishment, and looked at the haggard old man in front of him in puzzlement.

In the past two years of running Didi on the road, he has seen too many passengers.  As long as he has a pair of eyes, he can guess the trajectory of this person's life.

When Qian Luda found that Qian Jian was staring at him, he felt a little uneasy.  He shrank his neck into his collar as if he was afraid of being seen through.  His body language all showed that he didn't dare to look directly at this eldest nephew.

Qian Jian only felt the cold wind "swish" from behind, which was so cold that goose bumps stood up on his skin.  At this moment, he confirmed that the other party was his father's brother, his second uncle¡ªQian Luda who had been missing for decades (Remember this site URL: www.hlnovel.com
