    ?

The sound of the rain outside came to my ears in bursts, loose and tight at one time, which is the same as the winter rain in Hangzhou in the past.  The sound of ticking rain slid down the eaves, and when the wind picked up, the raindrops fell obliquely.

The old things from the past came to Pei Jing's heart little by little with the sound of rain, and the sky looked even more silent this day.  The sweater on her body was blown up with the cold wind, and a burst of coldness penetrated into her bones.

"Hello, are you a hospital nurse who lives here? Do you need a car?" A black Passat stopped in front of Pei Jing, and someone poked his head out of the window and asked with a smile.

Pei Jing was stunned for a moment, then turned her head to look at the wall clock on the wall, it was almost eight o'clock, and if she waited for the shuttle bus to come back, she didn't know when it would be.

"My name is Qian Jian, and I'm Didi's driver. I used to drive Licheng limousines locally. Don't look at me as skinny, and the car is safe. Don't worry." Seeing Pei Jing's expression a little bit  Hesitating, Qian Jian hastily pulled off his mask and explained with gestures.

Pei Jing shook her hand and motioned him to put on the mask: "It's not good to ask you to make a trip in vain. Well, I really want to use a car. Please take me to Jiangcheng Hospital. I'll send you the exact cost through WeChat.  "

"Hey, don't worry about it so much with me. We are too late to thank you for helping Jiangcheng from other places. Why do you charge for it? People like us are old fried dough sticks running on the road. We have no other skills, so we can't help you.  What are you doing? Is it a kindness to see you off?" Qian Jian got off the driver's seat and helped open the rear door.

Pei Jing sat on the back seat and smiled gratefully: "I'm sorry to trouble you."

"Fasten your seat belt and sit down." Qian Jian happily stepped on the accelerator and drove out of the small square of the hotel.

The lights on the roof of the car shone brightly on Pei Jing's figure, all of which were faint.  Pei Jing recalled the conversation with her father before, and still felt that it was a bit unreal, so she remained silent for a long time, just staring out the window in a daze without moving.

"Do you have children?" Qian Jian asked Pei Jing, glancing at Pei Jing from the rearview mirror of the car.

"Yes, I have a daughter who is three years old this year." Speaking of Lele, Pei Jing couldn't help but smile again.

This naughty little guy still doesn't know what kind of mess he's making at his grandma's house.  Let's say it's a girl, jumping up and down is not inferior to a boy at all.  As the saying goes, the house will be demolished wherever it goes.

Sometimes when she comes home from get off work and looks at the toys all over the place, Pei Jing will inevitably feel upset.  Zhimian always said, children, when they get older, they will know how to clean up.

The results of it?  Which time was it not for his earnest words, Tang Seng's persuasion for a long time, and in the end Lele had to beat her fists away repeatedly.

"Hey, coincidentally, my family is also a daughter. But it's a little older than yours, and she will be five years old after the new year." Qian Jian said, subconsciously glanced at the child's photo on the pendant.

Pei Jing's eyes slipped from the car seat, and then stayed on the pendant of the car's rearview mirror.  The pendant is in a festive Chinese style, with vermilion necklaces tied with green beads.

In the middle is a small photo. There is a little girl with a Korean-style flower bud, smiling and comparing scissors.

"It was last spring when I was playing in Jiefang Park. The tulips were colorful and blooming beautifully. I took our girl to see it and took a lot of photos. It will be hotter in a few days  , the flowers should bloom again, but I don't know" Qian Jian shook his head while talking, and he didn't continue to say the following words.

This time the epidemic came suddenly, and now that Jiangcheng is closed, no one knows when such days will end.

"There will always be a chance to go outdoors to enjoy flowers again. Spring is not far away." Pei Jing said thoughtfully.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
