    ?

I don't know when, snowflakes floated in the night sky. Under the dim street lights, it was so light and soft, but it still shattered the tranquility of the night.

This is the first snow this winter, and it fell all night before I knew it.

When An Ran woke up, it was already a vast expanse of whiteness outside.

She knocked lightly on the door of Li Yuanmou's bedroom, but there was no sound.  She pushed open the door and walked in.

The room was clean, tidy, and empty.  She searched the whole house, but there was no sign of him.

She began to worry, he had just recovered, and it was snowing outside, where would he go?  Thinking of this, he began to blame himself, blaming himself for falling asleep and "losing him"!

She picked up her cell phone and dialed his number.

"Hello?" His magnetic voice came from the receiver.

Her hanging heart fell slightly: "Where have you been?"

    "A villa by the sea."

"Did you go overnight? It's snowing outside, and I'm worried about you."

"It's okay, you have worked hard during this time, take a good rest, I will go back at night."

He actually went to the villa?  In other words, he went to find Li Zhanting.  There has been a tense quarrel between their father and son. Since Mrs. Li passed away, Li Yuanmou has hardly been back. What reason made him take the initiative to return to the home he had been away for so many years?

Could it be related to that letter?

It snowed heavily overnight, and a thick layer of snow accumulated on the roofs of the city. From a distance, it looked like rolling snow mountains.  The snow is still falling, and in the air, crystal snowflakes are flying like light jade butterflies, some of them rush to the window glass, bump into it mischievously, and then fly to the side lightly.  Small crystal-like ice shoots are hung on the eaves, and an exquisite and translucent lace is set on the eaves.

It is extremely cold outside, but the interior is as warm as spring, and the aroma of narcissus hits, leisurely, lightly, refreshing.  There are two cups of high-quality Pu'er on the coffee table. As the heat rises, a scent of fragrance slowly overflows.  For the first time in so many years, Li Yuanmou sat face to face with his father and had a heart-to-heart talk with his father. What a great happiness for Li Zhanting!

"Is it An Ran? It can be seen that she cares about you very much." Li Zhanting said.

"Yes, she is indeed a good woman." Li Yuanmou said without any concealment.

"You have just recovered, you must rest more, pay more attention to your diet, and don't worry too much about the company's affairs."

In the eyes of Butler Liu, who has worked for many years, it is a miracle for two people to talk so calmly!

"I've read my mother's letter, and I want to ask you, is everything she said true?" Li Yuanmou asked.

"Yes, child, I will not lie to you."

"Why didn't you let me read that letter?"

"I know that Wanting holds a very important place in your heart, and you have always respected her very much. I don't want her to leave any stain in your heart, and I don't want you to be hurt." Li Zhanting said from the bottom of his heart.

"Then, after so many years, why did you let me watch it again?"

"Wanting told me before she died that our marriage itself was a mistake, and she thanked me for hiding it for her for so long. She said that you have grown up and don't want to cause hatred between you and me for a lifetime because of her, so she wrote  I wrote this letter to you, hoping that our father and son will get back together, and that you will forget your hatred and live a peaceful and happy life. She said that this is her greatest wish."

"I always thought that you were sorry for my mother, bullied her all the time, and made her die in depression. Could it be that I was wrong?" (Remember the website URL: www.hlnovel.com
