    ?

Finally got up, but still can't decide whether to call or not.  With a strong urge to dial, I really want to know if he has brought his father back; there is another voice in my mind reminding myself that they should be on the way, and they are probably on the highway.  If he does not make a phone call, it will interfere with his driving, which is quite dangerous.

Holding the mobile phone, walking back and forth in the house, whether to dial or not, has been bothering myself.  For such a simple matter, it was difficult for me to make a decision all of a sudden.  Perhaps, this is the so-called caring makes chaos.

Forcibly suppress the anxiety in my heart, wake up the child, help him wash and eat, and then send him to school.  Back home, continue to wait.  There is some urgency in my heart, because the strong family affection makes me want to see my father as soon as possible; more is fear, because I am really afraid to see a terminally ill and miserable scene, which is absolutely unbearable for me  of.

It feels like time is almost standing still.  When the phone rang, I was actually taken aback.  It was a phone call from my mother, telling me that my father had arrived home.  I asked my parents to hurry to the city and said that I would call a car to pick them up right away.  However, my father resolutely refused.  The father's reason was simple: "Wherever we go for the examination, we have to wait for the same amount of time for the results. Instead of wasting time and energy needlessly, it's better to wait for the examination report from Zhejiang Tongxiang People's Hospital with peace of mind."

Father's temper is very stubborn, and no one can persuade him to change the things he decides.  With nothing to do, I had to call my sister again to negotiate.

"Sister, Dad has already arrived at his hometown." I went straight to the point.

"Then pick him up and bring him to the city!" My sister said very hastily.

"I thought so too. However, Dad refused to come over. He said he would wait for the inspection results in Tongxiang." I replied anxiously.

"Hey, Dad's temper, why don't you wait?" My sister also knew her father very well, so she couldn't help but hesitate and waver when she heard the words.

"Could it be that the inspection results in Tongxiang must be accurate?"

"Yes! So what should I do?" My sister was at a loss, but the worry in her tone became more intense.

"I was planning to pick up my father. I'll go to our Municipal People's Hospital for an examination first. This will help me to know more about my father's condition." Under such circumstances, of course, I did not hesitate to put my plan  Confidentially.

"That's right, it's better to check it again. It's just why don't you call your cousin and see what he says. If your cousin agrees, you might as well ask him to help persuade Dad." At the critical moment, my sister finally  I thought of my cousin.

"Well, that's right. That's it, I'll call my cousin now." Hearing this, I immediately said in a hurry.

    "Um, ok. Bye!"

"Goodbye!" After finishing speaking, I quickly hung up the phone.

"Hello, brother?" The call was connected quickly.

"Well, so-and-so (so-and-so is used to refer to me as my address) ah is uncle home yet?" My cousin knew it was me as soon as he heard it, and asked with great concern.

"It's not long since I got home." I answered truthfully.

"Oh I'm just making a suggestion"

I knew what my cousin meant. After all, he couldn't make decisions for me, so his words were a little cryptic.  "If you have something to say, just say it, we are brothers."

"Well said, if it wasn't my brother, then I wouldn't talk about it. I think you'd better take the uncle to the People's Hospital for another examination. Then compare the results of the two examinations, and you should be able to be more prepared  I have fully grasped uncle's condition." The cousin's words were full of concern, which was a kind of concern for his relatives.

"I thought so too, and I called. But you also know my father's temper. He insisted on waiting for the results of Tongxiang's inspection first, but he refused to come to the city. Can you persuade me" Although it wasn't  My first cousin is closer than my first cousin, so I speak very directly.

"Oh, I'll try my best and I'll let you know as soon as I get any news."

There are no polite words of thanks, because I really regard this cousin as my family.  But this waited for several days.

Alas my father's temper is not ordinary stubborn.

When my wife came back from get off work at noon and had lunch, the topic was all about my father.  I accidentally heard that some of my wife's colleagues had a similar condition at the Municipal People's Hospital.  I immediately reminded her to inquire about relevant inspections at the People's Hospital in the afternoon.

Continue to wait anxiously.  Anyway, in the past two days, I always feel that time has passedvery slowly.  Finally my wife got off work.  I couldn't wait to check.  My wife said that the Municipal People's Hospital needs to send the relevant materials to Nanjing for laboratory tests, so the test results can only be obtained after 4 or 5 days.  I asked: Can you hurry up if you are looking for someone?  The wife replied: I guess not.

After thinking about it, I still felt unwilling to give up, so I called home again.

"Dad, why don't you go to the Municipal People's Hospital for another check?" I said in a discussing tone.

"Re-examination? Do you know that gastroscopy is very hard?" The father asked with some displeasure.

"I think, checking again can make people feel more at ease!" I didn't give up my efforts.

"Go to the Municipal People's Hospital? The test results will be reassuring?" From the tone, it is easy to hear that my father does not trust our local People's Hospital.

"No, I want to send it to Nanjing. I believe the inspection results in Nanjing will definitely be correct!" I continued to persuade.

"That's even more unnecessary. Tongxiang also sent Hangzhou for testing. Do you still have doubts about the inspection results in Hangzhou?"

Unexpectedly, my father joined me in the army.  For a moment, I was speechless.

"When will the test results in Nanjing be available?" My father saw that I had been silent for a long time, so he continued to ask.

Hearing this, I immediately became energetic, because I thought my father's emotions had been relaxed, and he might agree to my suggestion to undergo another examination.  "I've already asked, and I can get it in 4 or 5 days." I promised swearingly.

"That's even more unnecessary! Tongxiang's examination can get the results in five days. It's been two days. If you go to the Municipal People's Hospital for an examination tomorrow, you will not only have to work hard for a second time, but also the laboratory report will be delayed.  A few days. Why bother? Let¡¯s wait for the results of Tongxiang¡¯s inspection first.¡± The father¡¯s attitude was very firm.

The words have already been said for this sake, it is meaningless to entangle them any more.  I said "Oh" and hung up the phone very helplessly.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
