    ?

Having got a father for no reason, Xiao Si couldn't laugh or cry in his heart.  He stretched out a finger and shook it: "Uncle Zhang, I warn you, when you return to Nanjing, you must never take advantage of me!"

"All right, all right, as soon as I leave the province, I can call you dad." Zhang Yi returned to his hippie smile.

    "Get out!" Xiaosi said concisely.

Zhang Yi stopped his smile and began to knock on the door of his house, but there was no movement inside.

In a panic, he pushed hard, and the door opened.  The folk customs of Zhangzhuang are simple and honest. When many owners are at home, the big wooden door in front can be pushed open.

"Quack quack quack quack quack!" A group of ducks in the yard were disturbed and cried out loudly, while hiding in the grass in panic.

Old Zhangtou was instantly relieved.  If there is a duck, there is an owner, so at least one of the parents should be alive.

The two of them walked in.  The yard is more than 30 square meters, and it is full of wild flowers and weeds. There is a gravel road in the middle, which extends to the back room.

But after the ducks yelled in panic for a while, the courtyard returned to silence, as if no one had been there before.

Xiao Si listened carefully, and said with a smile: "There are two people in the room, go and see them!" The young man's keen hearing has identified two old people who are talking.

The old man who returned home in his fifties tremblingly pushed open the door of the back room.

Although it was dusk, the lights inside were not turned on, and beside the Eight Immortals table in the back, sat two gray-haired old men in ragged clothes, looking at each other sadly.

"Father! Mother! Son The son is back!" Zhang Yi stepped in, left the two broken sacks he was carrying, and walked over.

"Baby?! Baby is back!" Zhang Yi's mother's ears were a little better, and she stared in shock at the familiar old man at the door.

"Mother, why are you old like this, woo woo woo" Looking at his mother's sunken cheeks and thin body, Zhang Yi couldn't help crying like a child.

Zhang Yi's father wiped his eye sockets vigorously in doubt, and finally saw clearly that the little old man who looked quite vicissitudes in front of him was the child he had been thinking about day and night!

"Boy, you're old too, so old that you don't even dare to admit it! Why were you so cruel back then, you just walked away. Your father and mother searched all the surrounding villages, even the city of Bozhou many times.  , I just didn't see you, a thief!" Zhang Yi's father raised his hand and patted his son's old face while talking.

    "Snapped!"

"Don't fight! Don't fight away, we two are old bones, who will clean up?!" Zhang Yi's mother broke down in tears.

Just as Xiaosi wanted to go in, he was almost hit on the head by the low door lintel. He shrank quickly and walked in unharmed.

Zhang Yi caught a glimpse of him, he saw the great savior, and shouted loudly: "Si'er, come and see grandpa and grandma!"

The two old men squinted their eyes and looked towards the door, only to see a tall and slender boy standing there with a smile.

"Such a handsome doll Is it really our grandson?" Zhang Yi's mother was somewhat self-aware, and felt that Xiao Si really didn't look like Zhang Yi.

Zhang Yi's father only felt joy from the sky. Seeing such a handsome "grandson", Zhang Yi's debts of decades of disappearance were immediately written off.

"You old mother, won't your own grandson even admit it? Good boy, hurry up and show grandpa!"

The old man shook his gray beard and smiled from ear to ear.

"Hello, grandpa, hello grandma." Xiao Si stepped forward bravely and greeted him cautiously.

Zhang Yi's parents immediately forgot about Zhang Yi who had not returned home decades later. From left to right, they held the big boy's hand and refused to let go, looking up and down happily.

Seeing his parents so happy, Zhang Yi felt very sorry in his heart, but secretly rejoiced.  He pushed open the two large doors, and the afterglow of the setting sun slanted into the inner room, immediately brightening the room a lot.

"Oh, I don't know where our baby came from. I must be tired and thirsty for most of the day! Old man, go and get some firewood, and I'll clean the pot and stove." Grandma was full of energy, like  I was 10 years younger and told my wife.

Seeing that the fake play became real, Xiao Si reluctantly accepted the reality.  He has lost his father's love since he was a child, and he has almost no memory of the love of his ancestors. He has no resistance to this kind of pampering.

Zhang Yi took out things one by one from the sack, and showed them to his old mother as if offering a treasure: "Mother, this is mung bean, this is soybean, this is red bean"

My wife doesn't mind it.??The things my son brought were meager, and his wrinkles were stretched out when he smiled: "You don't bring anything, and mother doesn't blame you. Where can I find such a good-looking grandson?"

"Quack! Quack!" The ducks in the yard suddenly yelled frantically!

Xiao Si looked around and saw that the old man was following the duck and reached out to catch it!  Zhang Yi's family was impoverished. Since their son left without saying goodbye, the couple lost all pride and respect from the villagers, and there are still a lot of debts to repay.

Zhang Yi's parents are very strong. After a few years of depression, they found that their son was gone forever, so they devoted themselves to farming and raised a group of ducks. They were not lonely every day.

The boy hurried over and asked, "Grandpa, slow down, what are you doing catching ducks?"

Grandpa was about to catch a hemp duck, but he tripped over a rock, and he was about to knock out his old teeth

Little Si rushed forward and stabilized the old man like lightning.

"Oh, this man is really useless. He can't catch any ducks. Use it to make soup to entertain grandchildren." Grandpa Zhang tied his hands and his face was filled with a happy smile.

"No, no, no. You can eat whatever you want at night, don't exhaust your grandparents. Besides, the ducks are so cute." Xiao Si helped the old man back into the house.

The ducks breathed a sigh of relief, and continued to look for something to eat in the yard.

"By the way, good baby, where's your mother? Why didn't she come home with you?" Grandma suddenly felt that this child was so handsome, maybe he followed his mother's appearance and was not like Zhang Yi's plain image.

Zhang Yi looked at his "son", but didn't dare speak up.

Xiao Si was dejected: "My mother died of illness."

Grandma Zhang saw that her baby grandson was about to cry, so she hurriedly said, "Be good, don't cry, don't cry, let's not talk about it."

Zhang Yi walked towards the room he had lived in before, went in and took a look, and couldn't help being stunned!  The furnishings in the room are still the same as before.  The only difference is that the bedding on the bed is still clean.

"Zhang Yi! This room is reserved for our grandson to rest, come out!" Zhang Yi's father said angrily.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
