    ?

Seeing He Sheng standing in the aisle, Lin Ruxing walked up gently, and asked softly, "What are you looking at?"

He Sheng turned his head and looked at Lin Ruxing who was standing side by side with him. This is his partner and teammate in Zhonghe. He Sheng smiled sincerely and said, "It's nothing, let's go."  Step out of the law firm.

Lin Ruxing stood where He Sheng had just stood, looked in the direction He Sheng was looking at just now, and naturally saw Wu You, Li Yike and Lin Ziyao in the conference room.

Lin Ruxing smiled noncommittally, and quickly caught up with He Sheng.

"I'll take you back." He Sheng said to Lin Ruxing.

"Let's go get something to eat together." Lin Ruxing suggested, it was already 7:30 in the evening, and she was greedy for every minute of being with He Sheng.

He Sheng shook his head lightly, and politely refused: "No, I have to pick up Su Wei later."

Lin Ruxing was very disappointed, she pursed her lips, regained her bright and cheerful look, and said, "Since you're going to Su Wei's place, you don't need to see me off, it's a waste of time, just put me at the subway station ahead,  I'll take the subway back by myself."

Lin Ruxing's house is in the opposite direction from Mu Wei's.

He Sheng nodded slightly, Lin Ruxing is always so considerate.

However, Lin Ruxing felt that she would always give way to Su Wei, and she felt very unhappy.

Lin Ruxing took out a large pack of vitamins from the bag, and said to He Sheng: "These are Australian vitamins and health products, some are for you, some are for uncles and aunts, and some are for your younger siblings.  It¡¯s the name, you can divide it yourself. They are all very good health products, I think Lawyer Long also eats this brand, so I can¡¯t go wrong.¡±

The lawyer Long mentioned by Lin Ruxing is Long Yufei, one of the founders of Zhonghe Firm, and the leader of He Sheng's team.

    He Sheng's eyes flashed.

"Hey, the subway station has passed." Lin Ruxing said anxiously to He Sheng.

"I'll take you back, don't squeeze the subway." He Sheng said.

Lin Ruxing looked at He Sheng's profile, and smiled at the corner of his mouth.

It was already nine o'clock in the evening when He Sheng arrived at Muwei, and Su Wei complained, "Why did you come so late, I'm starving to death."

Su Wei has been waiting for He Sheng hungry.

He Sheng said: "I was about to leave work, but was stopped by Lawyer Long, so there was a bit of a delay."

Su Wei showed an expression of "that's how it is", then took He Sheng's arm and said, "You're hungry, let's go and eat."

He Sheng breathed a sigh of relief.

Su Wei was very concerned about the existence of Lin Ruxing, and asked He Sheng to break up with Lin Ruxing more than once, but He Sheng disagreed. Lin Ruxing was his good partner, and the two had several unpleasant quarrels over this.

In order to avoid quarrels, He Sheng tried his best not to mention Lin Ruxing in front of Su Wei, let alone let Su Wei know that he sent Lin Ruxing back alone.

From He Sheng's point of view, he and Lin Ruxing are innocent. Lin Ruxing is a rare work partner and friend. Not only did Lin Ruxing do nothing wrong, but he also helped him a lot.  It is very difficult for her to break up the partner and find another partner who is as good as Lin Ruxing; from Su Wei's point of view, Lin Ruxing is just a partner who can be replaced at any time, not to mention that because of Lin Ruxing, she and He Sheng are still in the same relationship.  Having had such a big misunderstanding, He Sheng should break up with Lin Ruxing for her sake.

For unresolvable disputes, both He Sheng and Su Wei put it aside in a somewhat evasive manner.

This question is an unsolved problem between He Sheng and Su Wei, and it is also a small microcosm of the different perspectives of men and women, just like Xu Feng's going to Pingcheng, Xu Feng thought he could take care of it  Career and love, but Lin Ziyao hopes that Xu Feng can put her feelings before career.

Who is right and who is wrong?  There doesn't seem to be a standard answer

A month later, the case of Peng Cheng v. Lin Tan started.

The presiding judge is a female doctor of law, Qin Han.

Qin Han was very interested in this case. She was not only interested in the case itself, but also paid close attention to Wu You. She had already heard about Wu You's name and wanted to see Wu You's strength.  false name.

Lin Ziyao had heard of Qin Han's name, and she was a professional judge. Although this case was filed by Wu You and Li Yike, she still applied to sit in on the hearing.

Wearing a legal robe, Qin Han strutted into the courtroom, stood in the center of the trial seat, and looked around at the crowd. His small stature had a majestic air.

Wu You and Li Yike were standing all the time, and Lin Tan's attorney, Yuan Wu, who was sitting on the seat, stood up unconsciously.

"Let's all sit down," Qin Han said.

"The case of the plaintiff Peng Cheng v. the defendant Lin Tan on the sales contract dispute is now in court," Qin Han said.

"Fifteen days before the trial, did the defendant receive a copy of the indictment, a list of evidence, a notice to respond to the lawsuit, and a notice to produce evidence?" Qin Han asked.

Lin Tan's agent, Yuan Wu, said: "Got it."

Qin Han asked Wu You again: "Has the plaintiff received the defendant's statement of defense, list of evidence, notice of response, notice of proof and other materials?"

    Wu You replied: "Got it."

"I will apply the summary procedure to this case and conduct a sole trial. Do both parties have any objections, and do they apply for recusal?" Qin Han asked.

Wu You and Yuan Wu said: "No objection."

"Now check the attendance of both parties." Qin Han said.

Qin Han spoke at a fast pace, which unconsciously increased the tension of the trial.

? Li Yike said: "Plaintiff Peng Cheng entrusts lawyers Wu You and Li Yike from Zhonghe Law Firm to appear in court, authority of entrustment: special authorization."

Lin Tan, the representative of Yuan Wu, said: "The defendant Yuan Wu entrusted Yuan Wu, a lawyer from Zetian Law Firm, to appear in court to respond to the lawsuit. The power of entrustment: special authorization."

Qin Han said: "The plaintiff is asked to state the facts and reasons and claims."

Li Yike picked up the indictment and read: "On April 15 this year, the plaintiff Peng Cheng and the defendant Lin Tan signed a "House Sales Contract", agreeing that the plaintiff Peng Cheng will be located at 908, Block 7, City Garden, No. 83, Xueqian Road.  The property was sold to the defendant Lin Tan, and the contract stipulated that: 1. On the day the contract was signed, the defendant paid the plaintiff a performance deposit of 100,000 yuan; 2. Within seven days after the contract was signed, the defendant paid the plaintiff 30% of the purchase price; 3. The contract was signed  Within 30 days from the date of payment, the defendant shall go through the loan procedures and pay the remaining purchase price; 4. If the defendant fails to pay the purchase price in full within the agreed time limit, it shall be deemed that the defendant has fundamentally breached the contract; 5. If the breach of contract is caused by the defendant, the plaintiff has the right to terminate the  contract, the deposit was confiscated, and the defendant compensated the plaintiff for liquidated damages of 500,000 yuan. After the contract was signed, the defendant paid a performance deposit of 100,000 yuan on the same day. Seven days after the contract was signed, the defendant failed to pay the 30% down payment for the purchase of the house as agreed.  Clearly stated that it would not continue to perform the contract and demanded to terminate the contract. The plaintiff believed that the defendant¡¯s behavior constituted a fundamental breach of contract, so he appealed to the court and asked for an order: 1. The house purchase contract signed by the plaintiff and the defendant was terminated; 2. The 100,000 yuan paid by the defendant  The deposit shall be confiscated under the applicable deposit penalties; 3. The defendant shall bear the liability for breach of contract according to the contract and compensate the plaintiff 500,000 yuan in liquidated damages."
