    ?

Today is the weekend, and Lin Ziyao and Li Yike came to Qiuzhen Institute to help as usual.

At the gate of Qiuzhen Institute, Lin Ziyao saw He Sheng who hadn't seen him for a long time, and his female companion beside He Sheng.

I saw the two talking and laughing, they looked quite familiar, and they sat in the back of a private car together.

Lin Ziyao stood still and watched until the car disappeared from his field of vision.

    "What's wrong?" Li Yike asked.

"It's nothing, let's go." Lin Ziyao shook his head and walked into the Qiuzhen Institute.  She had been speculating in her mind about the relationship between He Sheng and that woman.

"Brother, I seemed to see He Sheng at the door just now." Lin Ziyao asked Wu You.

"Yes, He Sheng referred a case to me, and sent the file over today." Wu You said.

"Is the person who came with him the person involved?" Lin Ziyao tentatively asked.

Wu You was taken aback for a moment, then said, "That girl with long hair?"

    "En." Lin Ziyao nodded.

"That's not the person involved, that girl is He Sheng's assistant." Wu You said.

"Oh, then He Sheng has done a good job in business, and has an assistant." Lin Ziyao said absently, but he was quickly recalling the body language between He Sheng and the female assistant, trying to judge the relationship between the two.

"That kid He Sheng has nothing to say about his business ability. He has only debuted for less than a year, and he is already in charge of their team. Otherwise, how could they have an assistant so quickly? I heard that he is actually the person who handles many big cases.  , it seems that after the internship period, he will be able to soar into the sky." Wu You said.

"Who is this He Sheng?" Li Yike asked curiously.

"He is my undergraduate classmate. Before he graduated, several major law firms in Huaihai offered him an offer. He is a top student among top students."  Lin Ziyao said.

"Oh." Li Yike was skeptical. The so-called "student master" in his eyes and the "student master" in Lin Ziyao's eyes are not at the same level.

"Let's not talk about it, brother, what case did He Sheng refer?" Lin Ziyao asked.

"It's a medical dispute. Let's start the meeting. Yike has never been in contact with medical cases. Let me briefly introduce the case." Wu You said.

Li Yike's eyes lit up, and he immediately picked up his notebook, ready to record.

"The plaintiff is Mrs. Feng and her two children. Mrs. Feng's wife, Mr. Chen, committed suicide by jumping off a building while receiving treatment in Hospital A. Now the plaintiff is going to sue the hospital for infringement." Wu You briefly outlined the case  one time.

"Suicide by jumping off a building?" Li Yike asked.

"Yes, committed suicide by jumping off a building. Mr. Chen suffered from severe depression before his death. He was also a patient with advanced gastric cancer. This time he was admitted to the hospital, and his main complaint was to treat gastric cancer. But one morning, he left the ward alone and climbed to the hospital roof.  He jumped down and died on the spot. The police have determined that the cause of Mr. Chen's death was suicide." Wu You said.

"Yike, tell me, what is the focus of this case?" Wu You asked Li Yike, who was sitting on the sidelines writing.

Li Yike knew that Wu You was testing him, so he said seriously: "The focus is to prove that the hospital was at fault for Mr. Chen's death."

    "Yes." Wu You said.

"But there is a problem with this case, that is, Mr. Chen committed suicide and did not die during hospital treatment. This is slightly different from previous medical malpractice cases." Wu You said.

"Are you considering starting from the hospital's failure to fulfill its safety and security obligations?" Lin Ziyao asked.

"That's exactly what I mean." Wu You said.

"In the afternoon, let's go to the hospital to see the scene. I will make an appointment with the client tomorrow for an interview." Wu You said.

"Okay." Lin Ziyao and Li Yike nodded.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
