    ?

When Xiang Shuya returned to Chang'an, midsummer had already passed halfway, and the factors of anxiety gradually faded with the wind. The scorching sun was still hanging high in the sky, but it was no longer so enthusiastic.

The Marquis of Xiangyuan waited for a long time at the gate of the Marquis Mansion. From early morning to noon, he saw a dusty carriage approaching. I don't know why it was on the way.  With all his strength, the steed in front was also exhausted, and his snow-white hair was gray.  If he hadn't seen signs of luxury in this carriage, Hou Xiangyuan would not have dared to confirm that it was Xiang Shuya's carriage.

    Da da¡¡

The carriage stopped at the gate of the Marquis of Xiangyuan, and the groom called inside, "Master, we're here!" Then the Marquis stood aside.

The accompanying dark guards turned back to the palace when they entered Chang'an. Since they had already entered Chang'an, there should be no fear of their lives, so they left with peace of mind and returned to their orders.

Sitting in the carriage, Xiang Shuya, who was in a trance, heard the coachman's call, and slowly came to her senses, walked slowly to the front of the curtain, opened it, and the dazzling sunlight came, and Xiang Shuya subconsciously stretched out her hand to cover it.

After a while, and slowly getting used to it, Xiang Shuya took her hand away and looked around blankly, familiar yet unfamiliar, her eyes drifted around, and finally fell on Xiangyuanhou.

Suddenly, her nose became sore, her eye sockets began to turn red, and she felt an urge to cry. She had only been gone for a month, and the father in her memory seemed to be a little older. His black hair had already turned white in large areas, between his eyebrows and on his forehead.  There are thick and thick lines, each of which is very deep, as if using a knife to draw up and down.

He just stood there looking up at himself, with muddy tears in his eyes, which seemed to flow with a slight touch.

Xiang Shuya held back her crying, smiled, and called, "Father."

Marquis Xiangyuan couldn't hold back his tears, dripping down, but he didn't seem to want to do that, so he touched his tears and said with a smile, "You're back?"

Speaking softly is like saying hello every day, and she doesn't care about Xiang Shuya's departure.

Xiang Shuya nodded with tears in her eyes, and galloped off the carriage, rushed towards the Marquis of Xiangyuan, barely stopped when she got there, passed the Marquis of Xiangyuan and looked back.  The stone lions were also wearing red sleeves, and the bright red burned Xiang Shuya's eyes.

    "Haven't changed yet?"

"I'm afraid you will come back and be angry."

Xiang Shuya cried "Woo", then chuckled a few times, crying and laughing, making Xiangyuanhou very worried.

"Let's take it apart." Xiang Shuya said something very relaxed, and it seemed that it was not a difficult task, but her heart was in piercing pain, tears were streaming from the pain, and her brows were wrinkled.

Xiangyuanhou said "Yes", he would support whatever Xiang Shuya made.

"Father Tu Shan is not coming back." Xiang Shuya looked at Xiangyuanhou, hesitated for a while, and murmured.

Xiangyuanhou took a step forward and stroked Xiang Shuya's hair, "Well I know."

Xiang Shuya said "hmm" and lowered her eyebrows, "I'll wait for him, wait for him to come back."

Xiangyuan Hou's heart tightened, and he sighed, "Silly girl, why bother?"

Xiang Shuya shook her head with a wry smile, "Father, he just didn't think about it for a while, he will come back, and my daughter will wait for him."

"Actually" Xiangyuanhou wriggled his lips and sighed long. He still couldn't tell the so-called truth, but just rubbed Xiang Shuya's hair, showing distressed eyes.

On the second day after Xiang Shuya came back, she went to the palace to look for a beauty.  This time, I was not as impulsive, collapsed, and confused as last time. I was a little sluggish, like a puppet with a disconnected thread. There were not too many changes in expression, and there were no violent emotional changes. Crying or laughing were all very slight  , as quiet as a mural, with broken stars in his eyes.

Huarong knew about the affairs in the barracks, so she didn't ask any questions, for fear of exposing Xiang Shuya's scars, she just asked in just the right tone: "Are you okay?"

No sympathy, no alienation.  Afraid of touching a sensitive part of Xiang Shuya.

Xiang Shuya sat quietly on a stone bench in the garden, and spent the whole journey in a carriage. Facing the strong sunlight, she was still a little uncomfortable, so she subconsciously hid in the shadows, "Fortunately"

Huarong said "um", her half-open mouth was trying to organize the words just right.

After a moment of silence, Xiang Shuya spoke first: "He didn't see me." His tone was calm, without even the slightest ups and downs.  It's like saying something as mundane as what to have for lunch today.

Huarong was stunned, although she already knew, Xiang Shuya didn't respond when she said this suddenlyHe came over and pondered: "What do you think?"

Xiang Shuya looked at Huarong, and said her thoughts about her life very plainly, "I'm going to wait for him."

    "Is there a deadline?"

Xiang Shuya was stunned for a moment, and chuckled lightly, like a drop of water hitting a stone, just once, fleeting, and then said lightly: "No."

Huarong held Xiang Shuya's hand. On a scorching day, her hand was icy cold, just a light grip, and the cold air could erode Huarong. It seemed that no matter how hot the hand was, it would not be warm.  Infect.

    "That's a lifetime."

Xiang Shuya nodded, and there was some warmth in her palm, but this warmth was insignificant to her, because there was no bonfire for heating, "Well probably for a lifetime. Huarong, I can't meet you  The next person will work hard for me." The last sentence seemed to explain the reason to Huarong.

Huarong's nose was sore, but thanks to the scorching sun, her nose and cheeks were a little red from the sun, otherwise, Huarong was afraid that she would not be able to bear it, and she really couldn't tell her that it was a purposeful deception.

    "Ok, I know."

Hua Lu had already quietly left with the excuse of serving fruit, and she didn't know where to hide and cry!

Xiang Shuya smiled, a relaxed smile finally appeared on her plain face, "Thank you."

The next day, Huarong was going to go to the temple to offer incense and pray for blessings. She asked for three things: Hua Yu, Xiang Ziyu, and an unborn child.  When Xiang Shuya heard about it, she went together, the momentum was not too big, and she brought a few hidden guards to go out pretending to be casual.

"In the past, all you asked for were Hua Yu, but now that you have become a concubine, and you are marrying Huainan, the first one you asked for was Hua Yu." Xiang Shuya suddenly opened her mouth.

Huarong's hand holding the wooden sign paused slightly, a piercing feeling rushed over her face, she smiled unnaturally, "I'm used to writing, and you know I can't see."

Xiang Shuya gave a meaningful "um" with a very long ending, as if she was suspicious of Huarong's words.

    Huarong was shocked.

Hua Lu who was accompanying him hurriedly came out to explain: "Miss and Master have depended on each other since they were young, so the relationship has naturally grown deeper." (Remember the website website: www.hlnovel.com
