    ? 2020.1.30 Orange Diary

    1. I am an older child.

The sun is shining and the day is just right.  The uncle's house was going to build a small kitchen, and there was sand piled up at the door, and the little nephew was digging and digging there with his hands, saying that he wanted to dig a secret passage.  Later he invited me to dig together and couldn't resist joining in.

The little nephew dug from the east, and I dug from the west. The two of them worked very hard. When the tunnel was dug through and my big hand finally caught his little hand, the two of them laughed happily.

Haha, I am a "big kid" today.

    2. Respect everyone's ideas.

I taught my little nephew to do homework in the morning, and found that this child has not yet developed good homework habits, such as multiple-choice questions in mathematics. I asked him to tick every option after choosing, so as to avoid repetition. Children don¡¯t care about these,  "But I remember it all!" "I don't want it, I don't want it!" With that look and tone, rejecting my suggestion is a matter of minutes.

When writing Chinese homework, there is a reading question that reads "¡ª¡ªTake the yellow leaves as¡ª¡ª".  In the topic, ants use the yellow leaf as a playground, and swallows use the yellow leaf as a letter.  I suggested that he think about it, and suggested that he write "The frog uses the yellow leaf as a quilt." But the little nephew did not accept this suggestion, and said, "The butterfly regards the yellow leaf as a good partner" and "The turtle moved the yellow leaf back into the hole as a quilt."  Blanket" the word frog. My nephew can write it after learning it. He can't write butterflies or turtles, but after a thousand words, this child has his own ideas.

As a "teacher" who tutors homework, what can I do?  He is not a child in the class, I will accept my ideas as soon as I say it, so I can only communicate slowly to cultivate his good homework habits, and sometimes I even have to cater to him to accept his ideas and encourage him to express his ideas boldly

?Being a teacher is not easy, and it is also important to listen to other people's ideas. Patience is always a magic weapon.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
