    06 wine fun

Her house is very empty, and she doesn't seem to have any vitality, her style seems to be sexually indifferent.  He carefully rubbed alcohol on her red and swollen ankle, and she felt very at ease watching him earnestly rubbing alcohol on herself.

"Where do you live?" She took the initiative to find something to talk about.

He raised his head and looked into her eyes tenderly, but she did not dodge.  His words were somewhat joking, "Why, are you afraid that I will become a hungry wolf?"

"I think you are more like a tiger." Although her eyes met, she did not have the relative weakness that women should have.

He lowered his head, took a cotton swab and continued to apply alcohol to her, "Your eyes are quite pretty." He said in a low voice to make it appear that the words were casual.

"How good-looking." Her reply did not have a questioning tone, and she herself felt that her eyes were good-looking.

"If you have to comment, it's like the eyes of Medusa."

Actually he wanted to say something else, but his vocal cords wouldn't work.  In his memory, these scenes appeared again and again, each time they met like this, and experienced the same thing again and again.

She said that the light was a bit dazzling, so he turned off the light, and the light of the city's late night came through the window, a cool light.

The pendulum clock hanging in the living room races against the clock to remind those who can hear it that you are dying.

She looked at the scattered lights outside the window, her eyes were bright, but he was deeply confused.

    "what's on your mind"

He seemed to be asking but not asking, thinking of her answer in his mind, but he couldn't remember it, it was like a blind spot in his memory.

"I'm wondering," she didn't change her posture of looking out the window, "on such a quiet night, do you also like to drink some red wine?"

He half-closed his eyes, stood up, and looked out of the window she was looking at, "If I have a wine glass in hand now, I want to toast a glass of wine to this person for a quiet night."

"The second shelf from the left on the top of the cabinet is for cups, and the third shelf is for wine."

He didn't know why, although she had the appearance she should have in his memory, but now that she was in front of him, repeating what he had said, it sounded very fresh to him.  He glanced at the pendulum clock on the wall, it was already half past two in the morning.

With his drink fading, he got up and walked to the window, "If you don't mind, I want to open the window."

"Why open the window, jump off the building?" She made a weird joke.

"If I really want to jump down, the value of this building will increase tomorrow, and you can buy a few more bottles of red wine to worship my soul at night." He didn't mind her joke at all, and instead praised her.  He smiled and drank the wine in the glass, but he choked and coughed for a while.

She limped up to him barefoot and patted him on the back.

After recovering, they each leaned against the window, quietly.

"Want to tell your story?" He lay directly on the carpet.

"I have nothing to say, I don't remember much."

"Then tell me something you remember, a sentence is fine."

She was silent, and he was also silent. She was silent because she was thinking, and he was silent because she was waiting.

She drank the wine in the glass in one gulp, breathed a sigh of relief, and said in a sad tone, "It's like this night."

He was silent and didn't make any comments, just drinking and thinking about what kind of night it should be.

"What about you? Tell me in one sentence."

He turned his head sideways, looked at her long hair, and side face, "Well, I came here to find you."

    "This trick is outdated."

"Isn't that right, I'm getting old."

"Can I borrow your arm as my pillow for the night?" Before he could answer, she leaned on his arm and closed her eyes.

"Although I am old and out of date, fortunately I have retained the character of a gentleman."

The night seems to be very long, but it is very short.  The wind slipped in through the opening of the window, enjoying the stability of the stay, and the wind also got tired from running.  There is an airplane flying in the sky, and the sound from it is like a hypnotic song.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
