    "Government poverty alleviation funds include three parts, which are subsidized loans, work-for-relief funds, and fiscal poverty-relief funds. Among them, work-for-relief funds and fiscal poverty-relief funds are provided to local support communities or regional public infrastructure, and only interest-subsidized loans  It can reach the poor households directly.¡±

    Jin Jiaojiao had some understanding of microfinance projects in Malipo, but her understanding was not deep enough, so she discussed it with Director Wang.  She asked Director Wang to summarize the microfinance project in one sentence.

    Director Wang said: "You can understand microfinance as a financial product specially developed for poor farmers. To put it simply, it is a poverty alleviation measure."

    "Although it is a poverty alleviation project, there is a saying among the people: repaying debts is a matter of course. The country has been advocating that "it is poverty alleviation, not relief". I think there must be some special aspects of our direct financial support work to ensure both  "Teach a man to fish" and "teach a man to fish"?"
