    ?

?Chu Zhiyan entered the first private high school in Shanghai and was a sophomore in high school.  The school is some distance away from her residence. Every night, she has to change to a bus near the Bund for 40 to 50 minutes to get home.

Zhou Manqing will wait for her at Zhongshan Road Station and pick her up to go home together.

On the quiet and dim street, there are dense tree shadows. A lampshade is above Zhou Manqing's head, casting a short and small shadow on the ground.

Chu Zhiyan looked at such a temperamental woman through the car window, and Zhou Man also looked at her with a faint smile.

After returning from Heliu, Chu Zhiyan felt that she and Zhou Manqing were much closer.  She faintly felt a sense of home, but she was still not very happy.

She longed for when Zhou Manqing could really accept her, and even more longed for the person who only called in the middle of the night to appear at home.

Unfortunately, these are still extravagant hopes.  Thinking of this, she couldn't help feeling even more depressed.  She thought of Brother Xiaoyu again, thinking of her letters that had disappeared and the reunion she was expecting but did not come true.

When Chu Zhiyan got out of the car, Zhou Manqing naturally took her schoolbag and held it in her hand.

"How is it, are you familiar with your classmates?"

    "fine."

    "Your friend is calling."

"What?" Chu Zhiyan paused after reacting for a moment, and said pleasantly, "My friend?"

"Yes, he said his name is Yang Heyu."

Zhou Manqing saw that Chu Zhiyan's face was showing the relaxation and joy that she should have at her age, and she was also infected and laughed.

Seeing that Chu Zhiyan was dragging her to run home, she hurriedly said: "It must have hung up now, and he will call again tomorrow morning."

"It's great!" Chu Zhiyan smiled brightly.

She was so happy that she could giggle even to the empty phone, until Zhou Manqing urged her to go to bed quickly, and then reluctantly went back to the room.

Just tossing and turning like this, without sleep all night, the phone just "ding" at 6:30 the next day, and Chu Zhiyan rushed out of the room.

She quickly grabbed the phone and asked in a low voice, "Hello?"

The phone was silent for a while before replying: "Shen Shen? Is that you?"

"Well! It's me!" Chu Zhiyan felt a warm current pass through her body, and she was so moved that she wanted to cry. She choked and said, "Brother Xiaoyu, it's me."

"Don't cry" Yang Heyu's voice was full of magnetism. Although he was also full of emotions, he still showed a "big brother" attitude and comforted: "Didn't I just callyou give me  I sent the letter to the school, I have already come out, and I have not received it until now."

"Where are you?" Chu Zhiyan wiped his face and asked, "Are you in Shanghai? Can I see you?"

Yang Heyu was silent for a while, and then said: "I am in Beijing, and I passed the exam. But I will call you often!"

Chu Zhiyan felt a little disappointed, but she quickly adjusted and asked, "Brother Xiaoyu, you must have done very well in the exam, right? You must have entered a very good university in Beijing, right?"

"It's okay, it's my favorite school."

They both have a lot to say to each other, and they also have a lot of care to give to each other. Yang Heyu also asked about Chu Zhiyan's recent life.

"How are you? Who are you living with now? How are you going to school?"

Chu Zhiyan felt that what happened to her was too tortuous, and she couldn't finish talking all day and night. She was blocked by a thousand words, and she just said for a long time: "It's okay. I'm a transfer student, and I'm still very close to my classmates.  Strange, a little lonely here."

"By the way! I have a very good friend in Shanghai named Bei Yiming, who is my old classmate. I want him to come and see you. When is it convenient for you to meet?"

Chu Zhiyan calculated her time and thought that Zhou Manqing would pick her up at the bus station every day, so she said: "I will transfer at the Bund Station every day, and I will get there around 8:30 in the evening."

"Okay, I'll remember. If you have any difficulties, you can find him. He is my brother. You are welcome to him!" Yang Heyu sighed: "It's great! It feels so good to hear your voice again!"

Chu Zhiyan smiled, she thought so too.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
