    ?

"It's okay, Dad, I'm not in a hurry. It's just that it's been so long, why hasn't Uncle Xu come out yet!" Yashi forced a smile.

Jin Haifeng took a cup of milk tea and handed it to Yashi, "Drink something to replenish your strength."

Yashi looked up and saw the obvious distress in her father's eyes. She couldn't bear his father's worry, so she reached out to take the milk tea and said, "Dad, don't worry, I'm fine."

Jin Haifeng saw Xiao Chen not far away, and found that he was looking at him, so he took a box of desserts and walked over.

When he approached, Xiao Chen took it with a smile, but didn't eat it. Instead, he put the box on the chair next to him, and continued to wait silently.  Like Jin Haifeng and his daughter, he was also very worried about Xu Haobo.

Ya Shi has never felt that waiting is such a painful thing.  Although the traffic police said it was not serious, she couldn't feel at ease.  She didn't know what the result would be, whether or not God would favor him, and let his sincere, kind, brave and fearless Uncle Xu be safe and sound.

He always smiles at her, caring and caring for her like an uncle.  Thinking about it now, the smile she often sees is so precious.

"Uncle Xu, as long as you wake up, I promise I will treat you as well as my father!" Yashi said silently with tears in her eyes, as if swearing in her heart.

More than an hour later, the lights in the emergency room went out, and the doctor came out with a tired face.  The father and daughter rushed up quickly.  Jin Haifeng looked directly into the doctor's eyes and asked with a trembling voice, "Doctor, how is he?"

"The patient is in good condition, except for some minor abrasions." The doctor comforted.

Seeing that Yashi was overly nervous, her face turned pale as if she was about to faint, Jin Haifeng hurriedly supported her.

"Calm down first, don't get too excited. The patient's head was hit and he fell into a temporary coma, but there is nothing wrong with the CT scan, and he should be fine soon."

After hearing the phrase "No problem", Yashi asked excitedly: "Uncle doctor, you mean that as long as my uncle wakes up, everything will be fine?"

"Yes, there will be no problem after waking up and staying in the hospital for observation for a period of time."

"Doctor, can we go see him?"

"Yes. But at present, only one person can go in, and you can't stay for too long." The doctor took off his mask, smiled and kindly, and left with a few words of comfort.

Her Uncle Xu is fine, just temporarily in a coma!  This is the answer that lifts Estee's spirits.

Jin Haifeng's daughter said: "Shishi, you and Uncle Chen are waiting here. Dad is going to see Uncle Xu in the ward."

Although Ya Shi wanted to see Xu Haobo very much, she knew that she was just a child and would not be of much help if she went in, so she sensiblely let her father in while she waited outside.

Staring at his daughter's tear-stained, but still stubborn and strong face, Jin Haifeng was filled with anxiety, and smiled slightly: "Shishi, Dad will come out soon, and then I will tell you about Uncle Xu's condition."

    "Yes." Yashi nodded obediently.

In the ward, Xu Haobo was lying quietly, and the transparent liquid in the infusion bottle entered his body drop by drop along the plastic tube. There seemed to be no sound, but it was beating Jin Haifeng's heart.

His closest comrade-in-arms, the most caring brother, is weak and helpless like a child at this moment.

Jin Haifeng's eyes were red, and he walked to the edge of the bed and sat down with difficulty. His sharp-edged face was pale and bloodless, which made people feel flustered.

"Old Xu, I heard that you are going to my house to read poems, grandma and grandpa. Why don't you tell me in advance, I will prepare a table of food and wine for you, let us have a good drink!" Jin Haifeng said  I couldn't help crying.

He didn't dare to touch him for fear that it would press on his wound, even though the doctor said it was just a slight abrasion.  His hot tears hit his face, and then fell to the bed sheet, leaving a trail of water.

In the silent ward, apart from the "didi" sound of the bedside ECG monitor, it was Jin Haifeng's whispering.  He always felt that his good brother could hear him, his voice was rare and soft, as beautiful as the warm sun in winter and the clear spring in summer.

"Old Xu, I made you laugh, and I actually cried! But the doctor said that you are fine, and you will wake up soon. I should be happy!"

"Old Xu, your niece Shishi is still waiting for you outside, she is very anxious, you must wake up quickly, Shishi still wants to eat the snacks you bought."

Just like that, Jin Haifeng and Xu Haobo babbled on what was in their hearts, as if he could hear it.

Through the glass window of the ward door, Ya Shi looked at her father and Uncle Xu with mixed emotions in her heart.  There are so many people here who worry her and care about her, how can she be willing to leave?

But in her memory, XuUncle had never been in a car accident.  Is it because she came back this time to change the past and some things?

After sending her parents home, Zhao Wenfang also rushed to the hospital.

Throughout the whole night, Jin Haifeng stayed with Xu Haobo in the ward.

Throughout the whole night, Yashi and her mother waited for them outside the door.

The same state of mind, the same no regrets.

In the early morning of the next day, the sky was overcast, and it seemed that a heavy rain was coming.

Jin Haifeng went out and fetched a basin of warm water, carefully wiped Xu Haobo's face and neck, and tucked the corners of the quilt.  Staring silently at the man lying on the hospital bed, he felt that everything was so unreal.

His brother, comrade-in-arms, Captain Xu, who seemed to have endless energy on weekdays, was lying so quietly!  How can this be?  He can't accept it!

    "Haifeng, how is Lao Xu?"

As the door was pushed open, a worried female voice interrupted his thoughts instantly.

Jin Haifeng raised his head and met the gaze of the person who came up: "Wen Fang."

Zhao Wenfang looked at Xu Haobo, who was lying quietly on the hospital bed, with a soft and sad expression.  Biting her lower lip, holding back her tears, she asked, "He hasn't woken up yet?"

Jin Haifeng shook his head lightly. The doctor said that he would be fine when he woke up, but why hasn't he woke up after so long?

Xu Haobo can't wake up for a moment, and she can't feel at ease for a moment.

They walked out of the ward and saw that Xiao Chen had bought breakfast and was sitting on the bench with Yashi.  As soon as they came out, the two of them greeted them.

    "Is Uncle Xu awake?"

Zhao Wenfang was speechless and couldn't help but shed tears.

"Boss, it should be fine. I just asked the doctor, and the doctor said he should wake up soon." Seeing Jin Haifeng's expression was very bad, Xiao Chen comforted him.

Jin Haifeng nodded silently, and several of them sat on the bench together.

"Boss, let's have breakfast first. Only when we are full will we have the energy to take care of Team Xu!" Xiao Chen brought breakfast to Jin Haifeng's family one by one.

When a few people were eating, there was a slight sound of footsteps at the end of the corridor. They followed the reputation and saw that it was Xiao Li.  He was carrying several big bags, like food.

When Xiao Li approached and saw them eating, he said guiltily: "I'm late!"

Seeing Xiao Li, Jin Haifeng suddenly remembered that he went to the traffic police to find out the situation last night, and asked eagerly: "Yesterday you went to the traffic police team, what did the traffic police say?" (Remember the website website: www.hlnovel.com
