    But after entering joint surgery, I realized that I had made a mistake.

    Because in joint surgery, most of them are middle-aged and elderly people.

    It turns out that joint surgery is not what I thought it was. They only accept fractures, and they also do joint replacements. As the elderly walked too much when they were young, their knee joints were strained, and naturally more people were hospitalized.

    So many departments are mostly elderly people, so it has become a big problem for me to communicate with the elderly who do not speak Mandarin very well.

    Because not only I can't understand what they are saying, but some elderly people can't even understand the Mandarin I speak.
