Ji Xu stayed with Xiuran and the three in the West Lake until dawn, and the morning bell of Ganlu Temple [1] attracted them to Xianglu Mountain [that is, Fragrant Mountain].

After having a fast meal at Ganlu Temple, they went to Xiangshan.

Although it is early autumn, the weather is still hot.  Stepping into the mountain road, the shade of the trees all over the mountain rushes towards your face, and you suddenly feel that you have melted into the mountain, and your heart is extremely comfortable.  Ji Xu felt it, and recited a poem: "The mountains and forests are at a loss in the morning and the city, and the red leaves and yellow flowers come from the river; the wild waters take advantage of people's promises, and the long pine does not know the age of the world. Thousands of unpaid poems, a meal and a chat  From forming a pure relationship; if you want to ask for peace of mind, who knows if you write in handwriting before you were alive."

Wan Sheng and Zhu Aifang had a lot of fun, but Xiu Ran had no interest.  When Xushi broke up, Xiuran gave Wansheng a folding fan, and Wansheng gave Xiuran the Mongolian saber he carried with him.

Xiuran drank too much wine, he staggered on his horse, worried about Xiuran's safety, so Ji Xu followed him all the way.

[1] "Linjiang Immortal. Drinking at Dongpo at Night to Awaken and Recover Drunk" by Su Shi. Ci

Drink Dongpo at night to wake up and get drunk again,

Returning is like the third watch.

The house boy's breath was already thundering.

No answer to knocking on the door, leaning on the stick to listen to the sound of the river.

? I don¡¯t own this body of eternal regret,

    When to forget the camp.

The night is quiet and the wind is calm.

Xiao Zhou passed away, and Jiang Hai sent the rest of his life.

The autumn night in the countryside is quiet and serene.  Listen carefully, and there is the chirping sound of autumn insects, making the originally quiet night even more peaceful.

Xiuran and Ji Xu approached the Zhao residence, and the servants at home were already asleep and snoring like thunder.

Ji Xu dismounted lightly, and helped Xiuran down again.  Xiuran knocked on the door repeatedly, but there was no response from inside.  Xiuran was so tired that he sat on the ground, leaning on his stick on the door frame, listening to the sound of the river rushing.

Ji Xu said: "Brother Xiuran, it's cold on the ground, don't let yourself get wet." Then, he went to help Xiuran get up, and he felt that what he was holding was not a person, but a puddle of mud, "Brother, today  You don't drink much, why are you so weak?"

"I feel that this body is not my own anymore. When will I forget the past? Taking advantage of the deep night, the calm wind, and the smooth river, I will disappear from now on in a small boat, and swim in rivers, lakes and seas to entrust the rest of my life" Xiu Ranbian  As he spoke, he walked towards the mount with staggering steps.

"You are already like this, can you still ride?" Ji Xu stopped him.

Xiu Ran took out a jug of wine from the saddlebag and said, "This is good wine, only you and I deserve to drink it, let's go, go to the river, listen to the flowing water, drink"

A drunk person has only to obey him.  Ji Xu supported him, and walked slowly into the grass in front of the door.

The moonlight shrouded the entire grassland, as if wearing a boundless white gauze skirt on the grassland, and the moonlight made the grassland look very gentle.  Standing on the grass and looking from a distance, the mountain outside the village is shrouded in moonlight, resembling a devious giant dragon with fairy air, the trees on the mountain are the scales of the giant dragon, and the giant dragon seems to be flying in the dark night sky  Fly freely, without being noticed by people.

Go along the winding small dirt road with golden rice fields beside the road.  Ripe rice, full of grains and heavy, dances with the wind, exuding a tempting aroma.  Walking into the grove, the fine moonlight sprinkles on the ground, reflecting mottled and blurred shadows, one after another, and the stalls are different, just like ink paintings of different colors.  The moonlight flowed quietly like this, pouring all over the ground.

After passing the grove, there is a hillside called Dongpo.  The slope is full of flowers and plants, and the bottom of the slope is Qingshui River.  They chose an excellent location and lay down against the hillside.

The moon is hazy, and the bird is hazy.  Gradually, the flowers, plants and trees under the moon seem to be covered with a layer of white veil, like a fairy.

Xiuran asked: "Brother Kaiduan, is there any way for me to meet her?"

Ji Xu said, "Is this necessary?"

"I want to hear her say it myself."

"She doesn't want to see you, how can you change her mind?"

    "You won't trick her out!"

"She is not a child, how can I deceive her?"

"I don't care, you have to find a way anyway!"

Seeing Xiuran's persistent insistence, Ji Xu had no choice but to agree to him

After drinking the wine in the bottle, Xiuran got up and walked back.  However, the door still cannot be opened.  So Xiuran took out the Mongolian saber that Wansheng had given him, and used the tip of the knife to shake the latch of the gate.

After a while, the door bolt was pushed open.

Xiuran only staggered towards his bedroom, and Ji Xu led the horse through the door, closed the door behind him, and led the horse towards the stable.

The moon is in the middle of the sky, bright and gentle, and the soft moonlight illuminates the whole courtyard. There is an elegant air.  Do whatever you want, be at peace with the situation, Jin people visited friends in the past, they went there on a starry night in a flat boat, and passed through the gate without entering The open-mindedness is so open-minded, I only feel that the world is clear.  "

"Listening to your words is better than reading ten years of books." Ji Xu said, "Student has a request, I wonder if I should say it?"

"It doesn't matter what Ji Sheng says."

"The student has been teaching in a private school for more than half a year, and I'm afraid I'm going to mislead the student. If the teacher has time today, can you go to my employer's house to check the student's learning situation? To prevent the student from smearing the old teacher's face."

Jiexisi had a holiday for the Ghost Festival and didn't go to work until the 20th. He happened to be a little tired of staying at Zhao's house, so he readily agreed.

    Notes

    [1] Ganlu Temple

Ganlu Temple is located in Beijing Xiangshan Park and has a long history.  According to records, there were two temples in Ji'an and Xiangshan in the Tang Dynasty.  In 1186, the two temples were combined into one, and Jin Zhangzong bestowed the name "Dayong'an Temple".  It was rebuilt in the Yuan Dynasty and renamed "Ganlu Temple".  It was rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty and called "Yong'an Temple".  During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the original site was expanded to form a unique temple pattern of Front Street, Middle Temple, and Backyard. The Arhat Hall was built, and the imperial conferred "Great Yong'an Temple", which is one of the 28 scenic spots in Jingyi Garden.  Xiangshan Temple is built on the mountain, well-proportioned, well-organized and magnificent. It used to be the crown of all the temples in Xishan.  Kozanji Temple was burned by the British and French allied forces in 1860 and the Eight-Power Allied Forces in 1900, leaving only relics such as Zhirakuhao, Tohomatsu, Sala Tree Imperial Monument, and Shiping.
